Cannot recommend enough! I have seen Te twice for gel and dip, and both times I received the neatest, gentlest, most thorough manicure. I have a lot of hangnails and dry skin and she took it upon herself to clean up every one. And the polish itself was done perfectly! The attached photo is two weeks after my dip service and my nails look as good as the day I got them. So happy to have discovered Moon Nails!!

*******BEWARE***** TOOK 4 PEOPLE- 2 guys and 2 Girls to do my nails. THE OLDER LADY. Please do not think negative, you are there to work and people are paying for the service. Very UNPROFESSIONAL- the older lady was talking negative in Vietnamese in front of other nail techs + customers. She spoke about how I did not know how to come in for a fill on my nails... I am Vietnamese and I understood what was said. When she cut me with the nail drill, she continued to paint over my blood with the nail polish brush. In the photo you can see my blood in the nail. All four nail techs that worked on my nails saw the blood. She painted over my nail that was BLEEDING. Contaminating tools and nail polish bottles. The other two nail technicians had to clean up the first lady's work. They were both drilling down the rock hard glue from under the nails that was glued on from the acrylic full set. Really horrible service and job from the first older lady. The older lady I was paired with kept saying negative comments about me, my knowledge, and my nails. I am here to get my nails done. I'm not there to be criticized, nor am I there to get cut by a licensed nail tech. As a first and last customer, I will not be returning here. Please do better.

Tony is the absolute best at Moon nails! I have been seeing him since 2020 and every single time I am blown away by the way my nails turn out! Definitely go and see him and the rest of the team at Moon nails. My nails and pedicures are always amazing! They truly know what they are doing and they are an amazing salon to support with kind people who truly care about how happy you are with your nails and toes. I can't rave enough about this salon! My daughters friend recommended this place. She got her nails done by Tony. They turned out great. We came back recently for a full set for my daughter and I. We both requested Tony and he was great! We have pretty crazy schedules and Tony gets booked pretty fast so getting in was kinda hard but he came in on his day off to get them done for us! Everyone is so nice & every pedicure I've gotten here too has been great! Prices aren't crazy either which is nice. I ended up breaking a nail about a week later because I'm not so smart and slammed my nail against the wall when cleaning. Tony fixed it super fast and didn't charge me extra! My partner went with the intention of having his nails clean, trimmed, smooth, and taken care of. Four treatments later, his nails are ridley breaking off, thinned out the skin around the nails, completely splitting in areas. Staff used big blocks sandpaper to file down the nails without regard to the skin around it. It will take the next six months to regrow his nails to a healthy state. I went to get a pedicure and manicure. After the manicure started peeling off after a couple hours, I opted to go for a gel manicure. Taking the gel off involved having my nails sit in acetone and drill bits used to sand off the gel. Needed to make another trip to have more residue filed off. My nails show the ridges of the drill bits, being 50% thinned out and now breaking off horizontally. It will take me also six months to have healthy nails. Horrible results and the opposite of what we wanted to happen. read more

Where do I start.. love this place. Great quality! Everyone is amazing, professional and skillful. Up to date with trends at very reasonable prices. Hannah is my go to for pedicures and really you can't go wrong with anyone there. I love the neighborhood feel, everyone seems to be regulars. I'm grateful to have found this place. It's so hard to find this level of quality especially after just moving here from Manhattan Beach, LA county. I've even had lip and eyebrow wax here. The best! Tony at Moon Nails is fantastic. I've been going to him consistently for over a year for a gel x manicure and he's easily the best in the biz. I frequently get complimented on my nails even after 3.5 weeks of growth! He's a perfectionist in his technique which can cause the service to be slow at times (I always allow for 90 minutes) but his price is competitive and the result is worth it, my nails look perfect and typically will look nice for a month. Can't recommend Tony enough! read more

Tony and the staff at moon nails are the best! Super clean salon, kind staff, and quality nails. Tony puts time and effort into making sure my nails are done perfectly every time. I'm used to having my gel start peeling off within 2 weeks when I get my nails done at other salons but Tony does dip for me and it lasts for at least a month. Prices are super reasonable. I got the worst nails I have ever seen, they were so misshapen.. I asked for ombré and got a dot of blue on top. The shape was a mess, some fat and thick and some extremely small. On top of the awful nails I received, the lady was extremely rude to me when I asked her to fix them. I was so excited to get some pretty nails and cried over how disgusting they look. I got a pedicure and full set manicure. Best services I've ever had at a nail salon, hands-down . Water was piping hot (love it), very sweet ladies, clean center, the pedicure products were pre-WARMED (yusss). Pedicurist spent a decent amount of time on me, instead of an in-n-out service. My manicure set is soo even! She even made sure to paint the under-edges (which not everybody does). The set is nice and shaved down/thinned out. I don't like my nails too thick and fake looking. They didn't answer the phone and instead I received a text to make the appts. The AI could not understand I was trying to make 2 appts for 2 services each. Just basic manis and pedis. I gave up, called the next day and made the appts with a receptionist. She seemed confused as she was booking the appointments and I had to repeat the time I asked for multiple times to her. We confirmed everything twice by the end of the call. When we arrived for our appointments, they said they only had one appt on the books and could not accommodate another. The receptionist questioned whether I had actually made the two appts. and wanted to know who I spoke with. They were more accusatory than helpful. The receptionist stared at us blankly as she could not think of any other options to accommodate. It was not the experience I expected when talking with the person who made the appts. Now that I've read more reviews, I can see I'm not the only person who has problems with their scheduling in general. I had just wanted to spend a nice and relaxing day for my daughter and I, but it felt stressful right off the bat. Luckily the nail salon at the forum could take us, even if we didn't get drinks.

Apparently you can't give zero stars but if you could I would have. DO NOT GO HERE! I used to get acrylics ALL the time. I took a break for a couple years because my nails had started to grow a fungus so I was told I needed to stop for a little. I was getting my tires done at Evans Tire next door and this place was open so I decided to treat myself to a full set and a pedi. As I mentioned earlier I've had acrylics done probably about 100-200 times prior to this and this was the WORST job I've ever had. First they did my pedi at the table while I was having the full set put on, I don't usually like this but did not feel like saying anything so I let them do it. The lady that did my pedi, well lets just say I could paint my own toe nails better, there is paint all along the sides of my nails. One of my biggest pet peeves when I get my nails done is when there is paint along the sides of the nail. I mean I am getting a professional job so it might as well look professional right? I let this go. After the lady had finished shaping my acrylics she asked me to take a look at them and see if she needed to do anything else. I looked and I really don't like when they glob the acrylic on super thick, it makes it look un-natural and is a lot more difficult to maneuver with so I asked her to sand them down a little more. She gave me grief about it saying if I broke a nail its not her fault... I'd had every nail person in the past sand my nails down no questions asked and no side notes or disclaimers saying if I broke them it's not their fault. I knew I would be fine so asked her to sand them anyway. Again the paint job on my acrylics left paint along the sides of my nails. What pushed my last button about this place is when I got home I looked at the pinky of my left hand and there was BLOOD, yes BLOOD all along the under part of my nail and on the sides. I was like what the heck. I inspected my finger and she cut my cuticle, the side of my finger and under my nail. This was the last straw. I went back to request a credit or something as I not only paid $60 for the acrylics and the pedi but I tippped them $20. No credit was offered, she actually pretended she didn't speak english when I requested a credit. Instead she sat me back down and proceeded to try to put glue on my cuts!!!! I yanked my hand away and said what are you doing?!?! She said glue will stop bleeding... What?! who does that?! Band aids stop bleeding not glue! I stormed out of the place and told them I would ABSOLUTELY not be going back here. They didn't seem to care. I have never been treated like this at a nail salon. If you make someone bleed and in more pain then they were in prior to getting their nails done, they should be owed something a little more then putting glue on their finger and trying to claim you were not the reason for the bleeding. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER I COULD DO A BETTER JOB THEN THIS PLACE!!!!! read more

She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. The salon itself was clean and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a little self-care. Ashley listened to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. Not only did she work her magic and leave me with gorgeous nails, but she also shared some great tips and tricks for maintaining them at home. I absolutely love this place! I always call ahead to ensure they have availability and avoid any long wait times. The staff is always super friendly and does an amazing, detailed job on my nails. The owner is always so nice and attentive, which adds a personal touch that you don't get everywhere. The vibes here are way cool- they play great modern music and even have music videos playing, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable. I especially enjoy coming here with my husband - it's our little ritual.. Our go-to is the #1 pedicure option. It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the quality and the overall experience. I went to Moon Nails for the first time and made an appointment with Tony who was so pleasant, meticulous, and did such a great job. I love nail studio. This place is very clean and they do quality work. You can make appointments or walk in anytime.
