Due to COVID, I had to wait outside in my car while it was raining and complete the check in. Unfortunately, no instructions were given on how to use the laptop. I figured it out but and an elderly or computer illiterate person would have difficulty navigating the screens. I was not called back in to wait once the lobby emptied. I gave it two stars because the front desk receptionist was nice. Cleanliness: After returning my laptop I was able to wait in the lobby. The decor was modern and up to date. The receptionist informed me that the owners wife decorated all the Mint dentistry's office's. Nice touch. The individual clients areas were modern also. Tv with videos were available while waiting on the Dentist. Music was set to my liking and the chairs were comfortable. Customer Service: The entire staff was nice. After the first appointment I knew I had finally found the right dentist! My family and I have been coming to Dr. Moon for years, and we think he is amazing. He looked at the tooth and said it could be removed - just pulled - not cut out. My grandmother has been going through some dental procedures and she even stated "Where have all the good, old fashioned dentists gone?"
