Due to COVID, I had to wait outside in my car while it was raining and complete the check in. Unfortunately, no instructions were given on how to use the laptop. I figured it out but and an elderly or computer illiterate person would have difficulty navigating the screens. I was not called back in to wait once the lobby emptied. I gave it two stars because the front desk receptionist was nice. Cleanliness: After returning my laptop I was able to wait in the lobby. The decor was modern and up to date. The receptionist informed me that the owners wife decorated all the Mint dentistry's office's. Nice touch. The individual clients areas were modern also. They are a PPO with my dental insurance so my dental insurance allowance for the extraction was $122.50. Before they would even do the extraction, I had to pay $455.00 out of my own pocket. Now they are arguing that they put in the bone replacement (graft), which they did not, and will not refund my money.

After the first appointment I knew I had finally found the right dentist! My family and I have been coming to Dr. Moon for years, and we think he is amazing. They provided laughing gas for all of my cavities and I didn't feel a thing. They put the laughing gas before they even injected me to numb my mouth so it was incredible I have never been to a dentist like this. Then I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and I they gave me pills 45 minutes before the procedure and the next thing I new I was waking up in my bed at home. I don't remember a thing. When I say I felt no pain at this dentist I am in awe that a dentist visit be painless. (Obviously I was traumatized as a child by a previous dentist) Before I came to this dentist I had gone to another dentist in pearland and they were pressuring me to get all veneers and even without the veneers they quoted me about 4 times more than what I paid here. Lastly the staff was beyond helpful and courteous. They explained everything they were doing and didn't even mention anything about it being years since my last visit. The dentist was kind enough to tell me when he would be saying more technical terms to the assistant and didn't pressure me into anything. I made all the decisions on my own about what i wanted done and he was able to avoid putting crowns in. I'm very happy.
