I brought my bf here cause this is where I get mine done but he had a terrible experience. The lady who did his teeth was terrible. He didn't get her name but she was black with curly hair and I assume new. She asked him if he wanted to get numb and he said no and she still numbed him. She kept saying "sorry" to all her "little mistakes" when she was physically on going hurting him. All he went in for was to get his crown on and it took hours. She bruised his whole gums and was rough the whole time and kept walking out the room leaving him for a long time. And again they "accidentally" put some sort of an alcohol wipe in his mouth instead of a gauze. read more

DO NOT GO , you will wait a hour to two in the lobby until you finally get your name called , and then wait another 30 minutes to a hour in the room waiting for the dentist to show up , complete was of time and unprofessionalism read more

Took my 9 year old , they have floating dentist . I told them I just wanted to remove a in grown tooth removed . They told me she had two cavities , I wanted to see the. On the zest and could not see anything of a cavity . So I went to another dentist , zero cavity . They wanna drill holes and she want to make money because the Asian dentist lady is on call or something . First apointbment was canceled because of frozen temp . They wanted $600 for cavity to be filled , our chip was canceled so it's cash only. They want $45 for cheap X-ray and exam then they really over charge us for treatment . I don't trust them at all. I will only go back for cleaning which was cheaper. They charged me $70 to remove a tiny baby tooth and . They nice and bigger the dents office is they more expensive they are . We don't have insurance atm so cash is all for us . Why they charge kids so much . read more

just now NEW I've been going here about 3 years and the staff and dentists were always so patient and caring to me. I'm actually worse than a kid when it comes to dentists. I tend to talk a lot about nothing. I'm grateful for all that was done and I needed more done. Unfortunately, there was some type of misunderstanding during my last visit. The dentist had deadened the area he was going to work on...I'm still blabbering about nothing... when the dentist decided I didn't trust him and whatever I was saying while under the laughing gas apparently offended him. He left and the next thing I knew, I was being told they were no longer going to treat me. I still have about 9 teeth to pull and get the bottom dentures. I can't say anything negative because over the last 3 years I was treated great. I just wish whatever happened could be corrected and I could see the other dentist in the office since he didn't want to see me any longer. I desperately need the plan they had laid out to be completed. I would recommend them. read more

This dentist is the absolute worst in pasadena. Not only are their prices insane but the workers including doctors suck! I have been going to this dentist since i was a kid, and each time that i attended was great. Today I had a yearly checkup appointment at 12. I signed in at 11:50. Enough time to fill out the paperwork and wait for the doctor. I was not called back until 1:00. The assistant sat me in a very back room and told me the wait would be about 45 min because the doctor is running behind. I was upset but I made a 30 min drive to this place and asked for the day off so I had the full day to run errands and get this appointment over with. As i was waiting in the room i could hear the assistance talking to the doctor gossiping about their out of work life. Very unprofessional. I was finally seen at 2:30. All the doctor did was a cleaning, took about 5 min then he left. I was told to go wait in an office area so we can talk about the prices for a cavity they found. At this point, i'm already irritated and annoyed with the service that's being given. On top of the that, the doctor had a full beard that was messy and not kept clean. It was disgusting to have right in my face. As i'm sitting in the office area waiting to be spoken to again. The assistant told me Mrs.Maria was going to be speaking to me about prices and appointments she pointed at her and said "she will be with you shortly". After waiting another 15 min i finally had enough. Mrs. Maria was sitting on her phone flirting with the Doctor talking about their outside lives while the whole dental clinic is full of patients in every room and supposedly he's "the only doctor". I walked out of the office and told them i had to go after waiting 3 hours. They looked at me and continued talking about their lives and showing pictures. My kids have gotten treatments here in the past and I feel like they have absolutely no patience with children. The minute they see them start to freak out they want to suggest you put them to sleep. No ma'am! There is ways to talk to children and help them feel comfortable enough to be able to push through their discomfort. I refused to let them put them to sleep and asked for laughing gas instead, I was then told they would have to strap them in on a board etc. which I am perfectly fine with. They never gave me this option prior and they were very dismissive with any concerns I had. Both my kids pushed through their treatments and I'll be switching them dentists asap. I wouldn't recommend any parents here specially if they dont know the right questions to ask to avoid going strait to sedation. I'd also like to add that the day of my sons treatment they didn't tell me pregnant women were not allowed to be around the laughing gas, even as I walked in and it's obvious that I'm pregnant no one mentioned it until minutes before they started my sons treatment, I then had to find someone to come sit in my place since I could not be present! Anyways that was a complete waste of time because once my replacement came in they told me they didn't even use the laughing gas. They attempted only once and then decided to give up when my son was shaking his head. AGAIN!!! No patience! Didn't even try to talk him into keeping it on just gave up right away. read more

Let's just say they seem to "ALWAYS " over book patient's! Waiting and waiting and then to bring your child back for x-ray's then send them back to the lobby. They then finally call your name to go sit and wait longer in the room. Next the doctor say's well mom I am the "ONLY" Dentist here you will have to bring your child back for treatment.... The appointment is booked for the following week... same thing this time the wait is over an hour to be brought to the back only because I ask... Are ya'll running behind schedule? the front desk girl snickers and calls the back and tells me my child is next! Which was the case! So finally here we go and wait i the room another 20 minutes. When the Dentist finally makes her way in she asked how we were I said well we have been waiting over an hour in the lobby now 20 more minutes in here and it's unacceptable! Her response is well the other Dentist bailed on me! My response was it was the same thing last week you were the only one here and didn't even clean my child's teeth much less anything else! I said today you will do everything my child needs done because I refuse to make another appointment! Her response well mom it gets crazy around her. Come in the morning next time.... This place is UNREAL and UNPROFESSIONAL. Is anyone's time valuable besides "HER'S"? I told her if you know you are understaffed then have the girls upfront call to reschedule appointments! I Have been going there for about 5yrs now and I love it!! The staff is always friendly .. and every doctor I have met there are awesome they know what they're doing they always explain to you and they're very very friendly and make sure you and your child are at ease& calm !! I highly recommend ABC dental !!!!!! And a very big PLUS for me is that they are always clean and have activities and a movie theater for the kids !!! read more

I took my son here they took X-rays and everything they told me his front tooth look like it's not comming out that it should come out with in the next year. I moved and went to another dentist worries that it still hasn't came out yet according to my. New dentist that tooth should had been removed 1-2 years ago due to an extra tooth preventing the adult tooth from pushing it out my son now needs surgury to remove both teeth the adult tooth has started inflammation in his nose due to it has not moved down like the hell abc dental should of caught this sooner so my sons adult tooth would of came out and preventing future problems. My dentest told me they don't care about my son and I agree. They just collected my money and insurance money. Don't go to abc dental they don't care about your children read more

Poor dentistry seems as if they're just trying to get the most possible work done. I've gone twice and both occasions went horrible, they messed up my teeth more rather than fixing them. Will NEVER return nor my family. read more
