He even trusted them to do work on his teeth! After we left he even said it himself that he really likes it here cause everyone is so nice. This coming from your child puts you at ease, especially since you can't be in the room with them when work is being done. They have our full trust!

My parents have always taught me... give credit... where credit is due... And let me tell ya'll... Dr. Pattni at Pasadental in Pasadena, TX is deserving of all credit, with how amazing of a dentist he is... he truly makes you feel like if you are family. As if he is taking care of one of his own family members. He's so detailed in everything, explaining everything that is going to be done and even as he's working on you, he's letting you know what is being done, what you might feel, what is next... it truly shows that he cares for you as his patient. And it's not even JUST Dr. Pattni... himself... but his entire staff... From the moment you step foot into the office... you are greeted with a warm and welcoming hello and smile... you see that receptionist's smile and you're like... "okay gurl... I see you... I want that kind of smile too... I must be at the right place..." hahaha Oh yeah... before I forget... a BIG thing about me is, how long do you have to wait when you already have an appointment set. Both times I've been there, I haven't had to wait more than 5 mins before they are calling my name. I thought that was a thing of the past... because it seems like you always have to wait at least 30 to 45 mins after your appointment time to actually be seen. But nope... not at Pasadental... at least not in my experiences. I've walked in, signed in, and was in a dental chair within 10 mins or so. That alone makes my day. As soon as you sit down, the nurse (if I'm not saying that correctly, I'm sorry...) but she starts to get you ready instantly and is asking you... how do you feel? Would you like the remote to watch TV (another WOW factor... I almost watched half a Netflix movie getting my procedure done... LOVE IT!!!), would you like a blanket... believe me when I tell you... it doesn't feel like a dentist visit... it's more of a zen spa feel... and then oh yeah by the way, we'll be drilling into your teeth and giving you a beautiful smile at the same time. What more could you ask for?!?! So I'll leave you all with this... If you're looking for a dentist that isn't just going to make you feel like another number in the books... but instead make you feel as though a family member is about to work on their favorite cousin's or uncle's teeth, then Dr. Pattni and his staff at Pasadental is the team you're looking for. Hands down one of the BEST EXPERIENCES I've EVER had at a dental office and I can't wait to go back. Dr. Z caught a tongue tie in our child last year when everyone else dismissed our concerns and blamed his symptoms on other things. I wish we would have found Dr Z sooner and avoided all the useless medication other drs put him on, but nonetheless we are extremely glad we found her. The frenectomy procedure went well and now I have a little talking/eating machine. I honestly believe if Dr. Z did not catch this, my 2 year old would still be non verbal and a terrible eater. After the first appointment I knew I had finally found the right dentist! My family and I have been coming to Dr. Moon for years, and we think he is amazing. He knows what he's doing, and always gives helpful suggestions. My nephews also go to his wife, Dr. Barbara Moon, and she is equally good. He has two offices. One in Pasadena and another one near the Medical Center in Houston.

He looked at the tooth and said it could be removed - just pulled - not cut out. I was nervous to have anything done but he talked me through the "pinch" of the needles and during the entire extraction. In no time, it was pulled. I was very grateful. My grandmother has been going through some dental procedures and she even stated "Where have all the good, old fashioned dentists gone?" I recently had my teeth cleaned and had a small cavity filled. I was jumping out of the chair and the Dentist keep injecting my mouth but missing the nerve it needed to go in. My face was numb but It was horrible. After the 3rd numbing shot he told me, I only have 10 more seconds if you can just hang in there."
