Can't come later because God forbid they have to go home late if they book you at 5 pm which is when it's more convenient for me. So on top of the unprofessionalism and the fact that you are paying them for a service, their time matters but yours doesn't. So all this open until 7pm, 7 days a week is BS. They book you when it's convenient to them not you.
