What brought me in to see him was the disappointment I was getting from the other dentist, I wanted a second opinion. I had a tooth that had a crown. It was an old crown probably 25 years old and it broke. I couldn't make it into the dentist right away. It took about a week to get in to see the other dentist, in the mean time the tooth I had left under the broke crown, broke as well. I bit into hard candy and wasn't thinking that it would break a piece of my tooth...well it did. When I saw the other dentist he said he couldn't do anything but, pull the tooth and put in a dental implant! No way do I want my tooth pulled to have an implant put in, they would have to drill into my jaw bone! It didn't make sense to me. This is what led me to Dr. Johnson. He immediately told me I had enough tooth to do a build up and put a crown back on. So, with that said...the other doctor wanted $6,000 for a dental implant just for one tooth. Whenever, you have a dentist that suggests a procedure that's costly I would suggest to always get a second opinion. Doctor Johnson was my second opinion and he was honest about it. I would recommend him for all your dental needs.

I've been coming to see Dr. Rodriguez and his team for years now, despite living very far away. The…read morefirst visit was an emergency visit as I bit down too hard during the night and chipped off a part of my back teeth! He quickly scheduled a visit for that day and took a look at it. He diagnosed the problem and filled in the gap it left quickly. It felt weird for awhile, but I'm used to it now. I also go see the hygienist 3-4 times a year now to get my teeth specially cleaned and treated since I do have trouble with my gums and teeth and the extra cleanings help mitigate the damage from genetics and also not going to the dentist for years prior (cause they are way scarier than doctors and anything else, right?!). Now that I go more often, the fear has lessened and my teeth and gums are way healthier - which also makes them hurt less when I go in for my next visit. Funny how that cycle works. The office is super nice and clean. The staff are friendly. They have text and phone call reminders for your upcoming visits. I knew nothing about my insurance or my husband's at all and they were able to look it up for us and let us know what services we qualify for and financial alternatives if we needed. There is a semi-private parking lot so you can almost always find a decent parking place. It's close to Bay Brook mall so you can get some shopping in before or after a visit if you've taken a half day from work or left a little early and don't want to pick up your kids right away. Also close to lots of food and other shopping strip malls if Bay Brook isn't your jam. My dentist works an hour away from where I live but it's worth the drive once you find someone you gel with and are comfortable seeing. And most dentist visits are only twice a year so the drive is worth it, especially in Houston, where anywhere worth going is a drive anyways. I definitely recommend Premier Dental!

I had fallen and knocked out a front tooth. I have always…read morebeen deathly afraid of the dentist, so I was very nervous and fearful. I actually cried in the office! The staff there was so friendly and patient that they eased my feelings of fear. Dr. Morgan deadened the area so well that I didn't feel a thing when she performed the extraction of the piece of tooth that was still in my gums and a bone graft. I actually cried afterward with relief, because the whole procedure was painless. I LOVE Dr. Morgan and her entire staff! And I thank them for taking such excellent care of this woman who came in a crying mess!!!

The hygienists are all super nice, and Dr. Morgan is great and very thorough. The skill level was also excellent. Everyone I came in contact with were very knowledgeable and I knew I was getting the proper care. I actually went to a different place to compare prices for a root canal and I was told the dentist can't do root canals in certain cases. You get what you pay for so Gordon Dentistry is the place to go even if you have to spend a little more. I also got a same day appointment which I'm truly grateful for since I was in pain. I do feel that Dr. Moore will take a 'wait-and-see' attitude toward your teeth rather charge you over every little thing. So I have had quite a bit of dental work here. 4 implants total. I have never experienced…read morerudeness here, in fact they have been very helpful and pleasant. There have been a few hiccups which they have resolved when I spoke with them. I have a really big fear of dental work. When I first started with treatment I had 2 failed crowns that had to have pulled, one of my back teeth was very difficult to get out I think because the root was too long or something. However the attempt to pull that tooth out was very painful and could not seem to be numbed as well as the other side. They finally called in someone to help and it worked, but it was very painful and added to my anxiety. After those implants were complete I had a front tooth break and needed both front teeth replaced. The financial person, Jollee was very helpful I had seen her at my first visit and she worked with my insurance and me to understand everything financially. When moving to my next procedures Jollee had moved "across" the street to their surgical center, so I had spoken with someone else and that experience was not as clear cut as Jollee, when I had my front tooth experience Jollee was back thank goodness and helped me understand my previous quotes and everything financially up to date. She is pleasant, kind and helpful. I also spoke with her about some of my previous experience with anxiety and why and she offered nitrous oxide and it was extremely helpful. It would be helpful to have an after visit summary as most of the time my anxiety is so high I have very little comprehension after the surgeries. My partner was always there thank goodness and they were able to give her my care plan. Dr. Pham was my initial dentist and now is Dr. Das, all the dentist/ surgeons have been helpful and kind. The environment is very clean and pleasant. I do recommend Clear Lake Dental. A lot of concerns can be alleviated by asking questions until everyone is clear on the expected outcome. If they offer a dental plan outside of your budget say no, and see if there is a less expensive plan. I did not give a 5 star because right now I have been waiting over a week for confirmation about a balance due. I don't want to get a text about a balance due without reviewing a statement. So hopefully they will send via email as I have asked via text and email.

Billing practice is concerning. Everything is billed under the dentist owner even though a…read moredifferent dentist performed the entire procedure. When I asked about it, they said that's standard practice. Not sure if that's true for dental billing but it's 100% fraudulent for medical especially since the billing provider never even saw the patient. I also had to pay out of pocket for my crown because the office did not submit the notes to insurance and didn't inform me until it was past timely filing. Super incompetent, it would have been paid if they submitted the medical notes.
