I got to tell you, through all these years, Dr.Bogert maintained pretty much the same staff. His hygienists are top notch at what they do. This third kid of mine is a nightmare patient. He starts screaming before he even walks in the room. Trust me when I say he is difficult. I have had my fair share of ninja skills screaming kids working in ER for over 10 yrs. We all worked as a team, they got him in and out in under five minutes. You will never have a feel like they are overwhelmed with their job in general or with your little ninja baby. Their front desk makes it as easier as possible for you to complete paperwork. I didn't have his dental insurance info with me but ladies at the front office knew what dental insurance my company uses and found all they need with just little to no effort from me!

Two of his teeth came out unexpectedly in the first year. I wondered if that happened because of the work. Today, my grandson just had more work done elsewhere. He had to have 2 primary molars removed because the roots were dissolving. I was shown the X-rays and told the bad work done previously by Dr Bogart was causing the need to remove the teeth. Don't be fooled by bedside manner and a beautiful office. Beware

A good amount of women from a Facebook mom group I'm in had suggest this office to me. The biggest thing that stood out was the therapy dog, so I said "okay... let's try it. This office has got to be something amazing if they have a therapy dog." I was a bit irritated making the appointment just because I was able to schedule my daughter an appointment myself, her dad had to call to give his social and work info. Come the day of the appointment and that minute thing mattered not. The women who helped me in the front with both checking in and out were just lovely. A great example of how employees show great customer service. I'm sorry, but I do not remember their names. Dr. Kwak has such a gentle tone and very friendly demeanor. He proactively thad me look over his shoulder to make sure I fully understood the things he was talking about when it came to my daughter's dental hygiene, which I really appreciated! A really huge thing that I loved was he asked my daughter permission to pick her up to help move her up in the chair she was laying in. He didn't just go for it and help her without saying anything. He asked her to scoot up, and when he saw she was a bit nervous (her first time and the chair moving kinda made her freeze up juuuuust a little), he asked her if he could pick her up to help her. And when I think about it, I wouldn't have left a bad review had he just helped her without asking, but at the same time, you really don't see people like that taking the initiative to make sure EVERY thing they are doing, the patient is okay with. Very big plus points there. I wanted to save the best part of our experience for last. I'M TALKIN' ABOUT YOU, JUAN!!!!! As I said at the start, I have panic attacks at the dentist before the dentist even walks in, so naturally I was a bit nervous for my daughter. From the second he started assisting us, to the second we left, this person was A+++++++++++ on making my daughter feel 100% comfortable and in turn, that made ME feel 100% comfortable. Even when she got scared from the chair, he stopped everything he was doing to talk it out with her to ensure she was calm again. He gave her kudos and even involved me saying "you're doing awesome! Right, mom?" Because the Lord knows my mind was going 1,000 miles per second. He took the time to describe every piece of equipment to my daughter and my daughter did AMAZING. I will always refer people to this office for pediatric dental work. One billion times thank you to all the staff we had the pleasure of encountering. I am truly in awe of how amazing this place is.

Normally, I take her to the sister office…read morehowever, they were all booked up and we needed a more urgent check-up as my daughter started mentioning she had tooth pain. Thankfully, this office had an early, open next-day appointment. We checked in and the office was warm, colorful, and welcoming inside. The staff were really nice and friendly, and I found it convenient that insurance was already on file. What really prompted this review was Dr. Youseff and her team. My daughter ended up needing an emergency tooth extraction, and she was able to squeeze my daughter in a few hours later. Not only that, but other dentists had quoted us on dental work that would take multiple visits and cost 10 times the amount of costs, to do what Dr. Youseff was able to do in one day. I can tell that aside from being a dentist she is an amazing person and I really appreciate her going over and beyond with her service as a pediatric care provider. Thank you to Dr. Youssef and her team. You're amazing!

I Never Thought a Dentist's Office Would Feel Safe…read more It started with a dull throb. Not sharp at first, just a heavy, rhythmic pulse that settled in and refused to leave. The kind of pain you try to ignore because you're tired of being "the sick one." But I've learned that for me, a toothache is never just a toothache. It's another reminder of the long, painful war my body has been fighting against itself. I live with gastroparesis and GERD, two chronic digestive conditions that affect nearly every part of my daily life. Gastroparesis means my stomach doesn't empty the way it should. Food sits there too long, causing constant nausea, bloating, pain, and exhaustion. GERD is chronic acid reflux, where stomach acid repeatedly flows back up into the esophagus. It burns. It damages tissue. And while most people think of heartburn, they don't realize how destructive that acid can be over time. Night after night, while I'm asleep, that acid creeps upward. It erodes enamel. It weakens teeth. It undoes years of careful brushing, flossing, and trying to do everything "right." There's a special kind of heartbreak in watching your body damage something you've worked so hard to protect. It makes you feel betrayed by your own biology. And then there's the anxiety. For years, the dentist was one of my biggest fears. The chair. The smells. The sounds. The feeling of being trapped and vulnerable while already in pain. Just thinking about an appointment could trigger a full panic attack. I avoided going for as long as I could, convincing myself I could push through the pain because, somehow, that felt easier than facing the fear. Until I found Miller Dentistry. From the moment I walk through the door, something changes. The space doesn't feel cold or rushed. I don't feel judged for the damage my illness has caused. I feel seen. Like a human being, not a problem to fix. The staff there became the backbone of my bravery. They don't rush me. They don't minimize my fear. They explain every step before it happens and check in constantly, making sure I'm okay before they even think about picking up a tool. Slowly, visit by visit, the panic that once controlled me started to loosen its grip. And then there's Dr. Miller. He's the kind of doctor you rarely encounter. Not just skilled, but deeply human. He took the time to understand how my chronic illness affects my teeth and my anxiety. He never made me feel like a burden. He did something that still amazes me. He gave me his personal cell phone number. Not as a gesture, but as a promise. If something goes wrong, if pain spikes, if fear takes over, I'm not alone. That kind of care changes everything. Knowing I can reach him gives me a sense of safety I didn't think was possible in dental care. It's not just about fixing a tooth. It's about trust. It's about being believed. It's about having someone in your corner when your body feels like it's constantly failing you. My journey with gastroparesis and GERD isn't over. It's painful. It's unpredictable. And my teeth may always be at risk because of it. But when I'm sitting in that chair at Miller Dentistry, I don't feel like a victim of my illness. I feel protected. I feel understood. I feel grateful in a way that's hard to put into words. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm in the best possible hands. Thank you Dr. Brad Miller & everyone at Miller Dentistry
