Their staff is not there to provide a service. I became a patient with them and explained how sensitive my teeth were. We, myself and Dr. Hannah Dickson, agreed on how to proceed with the cleaning. I needed a new nightguard and she instructed me it would be $200 for a hard night guard, not the soft one that I had. I wanted a replacement, soft like I had and was pretty much told they don't like doing that. It was hard or nothing. I agreed to the hard one, received it, and they fitted it. It was so hard that it suctioned to my teeth. It was uncomfortable and risked a cap that I have on my teeth. So I stopped using it. In 6 months, I went back for my next cleaning. I again requested the same process used in my prior cleaning. I was told that we didn't the process to treat for my sensitive teeth. Thankfully I was insistent and they reviewed my records to see I was correct before proceeding. We once again discussed the night guard and I insisted on a soft one. I was told it would be another $200 for the mold. I was not treated as if I had any part in my treatment plan or really as if my opinion on treatment mattered. I have spoken to their office manager several times, each time looking for clarity and each time met with rudeness and the attitude that she is doing me a favor. My advice is to find a different dentist, different office.

He diagnosed the problem and filled in the gap it left quickly. It felt weird for awhile, but I'm used to it now. I also go see the hygienist 3-4 times a year now to get my teeth specially cleaned and treated since I do have trouble with my gums and teeth and the extra cleanings help mitigate the damage from genetics and also not going to the dentist for years prior (cause they are way scarier than doctors and anything else, right?!). Now that I go more often, the fear has lessened and my teeth and gums are way healthier - which also makes them hurt less when I go in for my next visit. Funny how that cycle works. The office is super nice and clean. The staff are friendly. They have text and phone call reminders for your upcoming visits. I knew nothing about my insurance or my husband's at all and they were able to look it up for us and let us know what services we qualify for and financial alternatives if we needed. There is a semi-private parking lot so you can almost always find a decent parking place. It's close to Bay Brook mall so you can get some shopping in before or after a visit if you've taken a half day from work or left a little early and don't want to pick up your kids right away. Also close to lots of food and other shopping strip malls if Bay Brook isn't your jam. My dentist works an hour away from where I live but it's worth the drive once you find someone you gel with and are comfortable seeing. And most dentist visits are only twice a year so the drive is worth it, especially in Houston, where anywhere worth going is a drive anyways. I definitely recommend Premier Dental!

So he said I'm so sorry and said he will do root canal on the tooth that was actually in pain for free started the root canal and couldn't finish and sent me to a specialist to finish the root canal and the specialist said the tooth was too damaged and needed to be extracted so I went back and had the tooth extracted so now (2) teeth are gone , So I go somewhere else to get implants and will not EVER go back to Sunny Dental again and they won't be installing my crown on my implants either he's incompetent and why didn't a hygienist clean my teeth in the beginning and now I'm looking at my dental insurance and it's looking like they have been charging for stuff and I haven't even been in their office in 2024 so I will be contacting my dental insurance to possibly file a fraud claimed
