I used to always shop at this Kroger location so how did I miss it? This was my first time at MINT. Their office is really nice. I love the modern decor. The young ladies at the front desk were very friendly. One of them handed me an iPad so I could easily fill out the required paperwork for new patients. When they called me back, the first thing they did was take x-rays. It was quick and easy. Next, we went to a room for more x-rays. And then the dental assistant did a mold of my teeth for the free whitening tray new patients receive. Nice bonus! Then the dental hygienist came in to do my cleaning. It was rough. I'm not going to lie. She warned me it would be uncomfortable and she was right. But it wasn't her fault at all. It was my fault for letting the tartar build up so much. Next time I'll be back in six months so it won't be so bad. I'm sure most people don't look forward to going to the dentist. I know I was kind of dreading it since it's been a long time. But everyone was friendly and they put me at ease. I like how they let you listen to Pandora or watch Netflix. But it was hard to watch my movie while they were in my mouth! Overall, this was a very positive experience. I plan on returning in December. My appointment has already been scheduled!

I went to see a dentist nearby on an ER basis but he just charged me for an exam and x-rays, gave me some antibiotics and referred me to a surgeon. Really? He looked at the tooth and said it could be removed - just pulled - not cut out. I was nervous to have anything done but he talked me through the "pinch" of the needles and during the entire extraction. In no time, it was pulled. I was very grateful. My grandmother has been going through some dental procedures and she even stated "Where have all the good, old fashioned dentists gone?" I am here to say, Dr. Moon is the best and I highly recommend his services!

Who ACTUALLY likes going to the dentist?!?!…read more I, for one, have always HATED going to the dentist!!! I try to avoid going as much as I possibly can. BUT... My parents have always taught me... give credit... where credit is due... And let me tell ya'll... Dr. Pattni at Pasadental in Pasadena, TX is deserving of all credit, with how amazing of a dentist he is... he truly makes you feel like if you are family. As if he is taking care of one of his own family members. He's so detailed in everything, explaining everything that is going to be done and even as he's working on you, he's letting you know what is being done, what you might feel, what is next... it truly shows that he cares for you as his patient. And it's not even JUST Dr. Pattni... himself... but his entire staff... From the moment you step foot into the office... you are greeted with a warm and welcoming hello and smile... you see that receptionist's smile and you're like... "okay gurl... I see you... I want that kind of smile too... I must be at the right place..." hahaha Oh yeah... before I forget... a BIG thing about me is, how long do you have to wait when you already have an appointment set. Both times I've been there, I haven't had to wait more than 5 mins before they are calling my name. I thought that was a thing of the past... because it seems like you always have to wait at least 30 to 45 mins after your appointment time to actually be seen. But nope... not at Pasadental... at least not in my experiences. I've walked in, signed in, and was in a dental chair within 10 mins or so. That alone makes my day. As soon as you sit down, the nurse (if I'm not saying that correctly, I'm sorry...) but she starts to get you ready instantly and is asking you... how do you feel? Would you like the remote to watch TV (another WOW factor... I almost watched half a Netflix movie getting my procedure done... LOVE IT!!!), would you like a blanket... believe me when I tell you... it doesn't feel like a dentist visit... it's more of a zen spa feel... and then oh yeah by the way, we'll be drilling into your teeth and giving you a beautiful smile at the same time. What more could you ask for?!?! So I'll leave you all with this... If you're looking for a dentist that isn't just going to make you feel like another number in the books... but instead make you feel as though a family member is about to work on their favorite cousin's or uncle's teeth, then Dr. Pattni and his staff at Pasadental is the team you're looking for. Hands down one of the BEST EXPERIENCES I've EVER had at a dental office and I can't wait to go back. And no I'm not sharing a picture of my smile because half my face is still number from the fillings I had to get... But thank you and God bless if you made it this far in my review. - THAT TREE GUYS REVIEWS
