Friendly staff. Summer time on a Friday afternoon is quiet. He said they get busy after school since there is a high school nearby. Drinks all good. I got my regular jasmine milk tea with boba and Crystal boba half sweet. Good size and great drink. Lots of parking. It's not a big place. Just a few seats. Would come back. Put your number in for rewards. Buy 9 get 1 free. Best pricing. 4 drinks for $25 and 2 drinks had 2 toppings.

I was surprised to find a tea place that is open before 11 AM. Not only that, Moo Cafe has great quality drinks with strong tea flavors and a very reasonable price. We selected two Milk Teas, the Jasmine Green and Osmanthus Oolong variants. Both at 25% sweetness and without ice. About 1/6th of the volume is omitted when no ice is ordered. Both teas were strongly flavored. The jasmine floral scent and taste is perhaps the strongest I have ever had (Smokey J Bakery in Monterey Park would be a close second). For the Osmanthus Oolong the more was a deep and complicated flavor coming from the roasted oolong tea. It reminds me off a red tea like a Roiboos that has been steeped for hours, but yet this Oolong doesn't contain any bitter tannins. The mouthfeel of both makes me think that creamer was used, and on my next visit I would ask if milk is a possible substitute.

I wasn't expecting to like the drinks at this hole-in-a-wall but here we are; Moo Cafe is honestly pretty fire. I'd tried a lot of milk teas in Orange County and this one is thiccer than most and easy to drink. Both drinks that I got are pretty much dessert style drinks like places such as Omomo. Currently they don't have soft serve but it's not like you need it. Located in an old shopping center, Moo Cafe is definitely minimalist in decor compared to other tea shops, but the drinks do make up for it. Jasmine Green Tiramisu Foam with boba: 4.5/5 Really creamy and delicious, a great choice if you're familiar with having tiramisu foam with your drink at Omomo. Overall, the drink is really well mixed and you won't get a mouthful of powder which is great. The espresso in the tiramisu is pretty strong, almost to the point that it overpowers the subtle tea that you get, and personally I do wish it has a tad more tea in it. Also, the boba had a good soft, warm texture to it. Pretty fire tbh. Strawberry Snow: 4/5 Reminds me of a better tasting and better looking version of the Costco berry smoothie. VERY sugary but **** it, it was delicious. Not exactly like the Strawberry tornado at Omomo, it's more smoothie and no cheese foam. It was a mild strawberry sweet and didn't overpower your taste buds, and would be great on hot days. Only problem with it personally is the lack of tea which was mentioned on the menu. It's pretty much impossible to taste any tea in this drink, unlike the first one, so I think that the tea they use isn't too strong or it's mixed so well you can't really taste it. Still, solid drink. Overall, Moo was unexpectedly good in the plethora of tea shops that I've tried, and has some really easy and enjoyable mixed drinks.

Jasmine green foam milk tea was amazing. Highly recommend and will get again. Matcha was also decent and boba is decent but the foam milk jasmine was perfect. Small friendly place. Love the paper flowers art. Asked about it and would've been super impressed if they made it themselves but they bought it

I went in Thursday noon, it wasn't busy so it was ideal time to go. I decided to get two drinks the Strawberry Peach Orange Tea and the Mango Yogurt Drink. The mango yogurt drink is my personal favorite, I would also recommend drinking it before the ice melts as to not to dilute the thickness of the drink. It's tart, refreshing, and sweet! The mango taste really stands out with the yogurty finish. The strawberry peach orange tea is very refreshing and sweet, it's so wonderful by itself with no toppings and I love drinking this during work or doing daily tasks. I love how they include the orange slice which really brings out bright flavors of the tea. The atmosphere was really nice along with the staff working there. I enjoyed coming here and I recommend trying out some of their drinks!

A nice and small boba shop in the city if Placentia! It's located across from a park, which is nice since you can walk around the park after getting some boba or have a picnic! We got the Strawberry Peach Orange Tea and the Thai Milk Tea with a Tiramisu foam. Quite delicious! Both drinks weren't super sweet and very flavorful. The Strawberry Peach Orange Tea taste similar to Fruit Punch lol I like it though since I use to buy those drinks a lot as a kid! Excellent service and helpful employees.

I think this place is definitely underrated, another hole in the wall boba place. Very cute, pretty small, the typical crowd I would see them having are the high schoolers next door. Growing up around this area, I would have never imagined a cafe like this be in this plaza. But I will say, this cafe gives the plaza more of an ambience and some livelihood to it. Although I do say the price could be better, this business needs to start somewhere. However; five dollars for a soft serve with boba seems a bit much. But I get it, with the whole flavor blend fusion with boba, an ice cream bee ration of boba is the perfect way I would describe it. Which is probably why they would try to match the drinks and soft serve prices closely together. 4/5 Would I come back again? Yeah I have heard things about their boba drinks, probably would give that a try. The service was very friendly, I'm always a supporter for small shops!

They replaced black sesame w black milk tea soft serve. It's delicious!

We chanced upon this little gem when we were in town for a basketball tournament. Driving up to the store front, it looks pretty unassuming. Plus, the surrounding stores are not much to look at. I'm so glad we went inside! I was looking for a boba drink. But then we tried all of their soft serve offerings. Ube Matcha Milk Black milk tea Wow. All were delicious. You can swirl together milk and matcha. Or ube and milk tea. We opted for 1 milk tea and 1 matcha. We will def be back the next time we're in town for the remaining games of this tournament. It's just down the road from Valencia High School. I hope the kids at the school know if this place! I can see them swarming this spot after school! My only beef is that they swirl the ice cream around the cup so that it appears to be full. But in reality, there's a gaping home down the entire center My spork (spoon/fork) couldnt even stand up in the cup cuz it just felt down the hole. The sporks are cute but they're short, so I had to get my fingers all messy to dig it out of the bottom of the cup. So... they could be like honeymee and use appropriately small sized cups that better represents the true size of their serving. Or, they could give you a full cup. Personally, I'd rather have a full cup. I still gave then 5 stars cuz it's different, delicious, clean and the staff was really nice.

Love this place, and it's close to home as well! The tea are not watery, they give generous extra! The ube soft ice cream, is different than I usually had, it's different but it tasted great! Really great... I haven't tried the other flavor but hubby did and he said it's good, not watery!

Discovered this local boba shop while searching for something cool for the hot summer, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of everything we've had here. The owners put in a lot of work and don't cut corners with their drinks, and are super friendly on top of all of that. Great prices for excellent quality during an age where some places are charging $8 for subpar drinks. We've stopped by three times since our first visit a week ago, and that definitely should tell we're hooked.

Pretty decent boba that's close to CSUF for a good milk tea fix. Better than Sharetea, I'd say it's on the same level as Ding Tea. I've tried their milk teas with tiramisu and like that they serve their boba warm. I also like how they offer crystal boba, which is my fav and not offered at many boba shops. The first time I had their Mango Snow, it was really good. The mango was perfectly blended and very cold, and the heaping amount of tiramisu mixed in made it thick and creamy. This was about a year ago when they first opened. This time I tried the Strawberry Snow and was a let down by how much less tiramisu cream they gave me. It barely covered the cup, and I couldn't taste it at all. I had to scrap down the sides and there was barely any. The strawberry flavor was ok, mango flavor is better imo.

These boba's makes the cows go Moo! Haha. This boba store is located in a strip mall next to a ma and pa pizza joint. When you enter the store there is a giant plexiglass in front of the cashier due to the recent COVID virus. Workers are all wearing masks. Ordered a strawberry and strawberry mango slush boba. The drinks are pretty standard and the boba is not bad or amazing. Pretty much expectations were met and no complaints. It did take a little longer for the drinks to come out.

I legit am on my third day (in a row..don't judge me) of stopping by to order the pineapple Alice. I love me some pineapple & coconut any day, so this drink was a winning combo for me. In a nutshell, it's Greek yogurt blended with fresh pineapple, and topped with their house-made coconut whip. First time I got 50% sweetness level, which is good, but being a fruity smoothie, I would have preferred it a lil sweeter, thus 2nd & 3rd time around, I learned my lesson and got 80%..and it was perfect! Trust..it wasn't overly sweet at all. It was dreamy heaven. I happened to be in the area, getting a tattoo and wanted to refuel before I trekked the trafficky drive home to Irvine (UGH..at 2:30 pm on a Wednesday, no less). Super thankful, I discovered this new looking Brea location (on State College Blvd ~ right near the freeway entrance) and it didn't have a crazy wait/line. The store was clean, w/ minimalistic neutral decor..loved the chill aesthetic vibe. The cute wooden pillars as you enter was interesting, but caught me a bit off-guard, as it was right in front of the pick-up area. You have to explore further inside the store to the order line. Service was great and efficient. OMOMO is highly recommended by this RxFoodie (and my 2nd fav boba shoppe in OC still), so def go check it out and become addicted like ME!

They lack providing better descriptions of drinks for new customers and the options are boring. There were zero pastries or food options to pair with your drink. It was only a small drink menu. The customer service was good! The young lady at the counter was very kind and did her best to explain different sweetness and bitterness levels but she couldn't really describe the drinks and recommend anything based on comparisons with what is more popular. As for ambiance it was empty and had no customers. There were no tables to sit and enjoy your drink. So I think people prefer to go to other boba shops that offer at least a small seating area with a table. That was disappointing to see when I walked in. As for flavor... my drink tasted powdery and warm. The boba pearls were a bit stale. I wont be coming back. There are plenty of other boba locations that offer much higher quality drinks and the price point is exactly the same. Overall I'll give a 2/5 star for cleanliness and because the customer service was good.

The drinks came out very far from each other time wise as well which isn't a super big issue but it's noticeable and could be an issue for bigger orders. Super busy somehow so we didn't want to burden the worker while the store had a rush. Other than that the place gave me a very pretentious vibe. I'm all for starting a business you're passionate about but it's hard to see what's different about THIS cafe in a world full of other businesses claiming to be different that's serving the same items (matcha specifically). Not to say that there's not bad matcha or coffee out there, there is. Seems like the type of cafe people go to take a picture of their drinks and pretend like they're connoisseurs and pretend that it's "different" than whatever else is out there and sit and pretend to study on their laptop (even though it's the loudest and crowded place in the world in there). Seeing that the place opened recently, it's very hard to believe this isn't some type of money grab for a younger audience to serve trendy drinks. Or at the very least, a very expensive passion project for the owner. Overall just more focused on aesthetics more than anything.
