Leanna (I think that's her name) was doing whatever she could to make the customers experience the best. The man who sits next to her is absolutely hilarious and is so extremely knowledgeable about vehicles. The service was very prompt. My car even had some issues I didn't know about and one of the mechanics came to talk to me personally about it and showed me pictures to help me understand. I called ahead for an estimate and they were right on the money. This place will never take advantage of you. I have verbally recommended to so many people already! Also side note I am not originally from PA and back home my dad would always help me with car troubles. When I don't have that type of access available in Pittsburgh, it's so nice to find a place that will not take advantage of you because you're a clueless, young woman. I had two vehicle taken in for inspection and alignment,…read more Both of the vehicle passed inspection and had alignment when it shouldn't have had either done Because when I looked at the vehicles myself after having shop do it, I discovered one of the vehicle had torn control arm bushings (should not pass inspection and had alignment done because it will need to be redone) Other vehicle had cracked lower control arm bracket and missing rear leaf spring bracket welds (should not have passed inspection) also the rear leaf spring bushings were shot. After they did alignment on this other vehicle, the upper front control arm fasteners came loose causing clunking feeling and losing alignment, the shop refused to do repair without charge but did the alignment under warranty, when I inspected the fastener, it was obvious they overtorqued it because the washers were bent inward, causing it to later lose its torque and come loose. When I replaced the fastener and took it in for free alignment, I told them to not over torque it. Yet they did anyways as I can see the washer is bent inward, the lock washer was squeezed out of shape. Matt at the shop claims inspection was all good and alignment was in specs, but failed to notice worn bushings, cracked bracket. They will not issue refund without taking a look at it but their next appointment is 2 weeks away, so now I have vehicles that's unsafe to drive. Waste of time and money. This shop does not care about your vehicles or your safety, 3 incorrect alignment, 2 incorrect passed inspection, they just want your money. If you need a shop that does inspection with blindfold, and proceeds alignment without repairing damaged components affecting alignment. This is the shop for you.

But that particular visit resulted with me not getting my brakes changed that day because they were honest enough to let me know that my brake pads were still good. I appreciate honesty and integrity which made it easier for me to return today and allow them to service my vehicle. Took my truck in for work which involved a wheel alignment. I was charged for an alignment that was…read morenever performed. I got the truck back and the front end had so much positive camber you could visibly see it. When confronted they refused to rectify the alignment issue insisting that they aligned it while also agreeing that the camber was never adjusted, they never attempted to adjust, and also acknowledged that it could be brought into spec. They realigned the vehicle and charged me another $155 to do so which was more than the original alignment. The charge is for "adjust caster and camber for alignment". This work was literally spraying penetrating oil on the upper control arm nuts and loosening them. Jim was rude and vulgar while dealing with the issue. Buyer beware. They charge for work not performed then charge more to complete work already paid for
