They've done everything from show up on a weekend evening at my home to help trace the source of a leak/drywall damage to completely gutting and remodeling our four-unit apartment building. I've worked with every facet of their company - administration, project management, carpenters, painters, subcontractors, etc. I always go to Monet first because their quality and honesty are incomparable. And I've worked with many different types of contractors, for many projects, on many levels. Their communication is almost always excellent, so when delays happen or issues come up (because issues will come up, especially on large projects) I'm able to get answers on revised estimates and schedule impact. Monet is also excellent about billing to estimates and keeping to schedule as much as is within their control, especially if that's an important aspect of the project for you. Any issues I've had with Monet have been extremely minor and the owner, Dave, and his team have always been quick to respond to any concerns I have. Do I occasionally have to chase them for a response? Yes. Usually? No (and especially not on anything critical). Are they frequently busy, and it's sometimes hard to get on their schedule? Yes. However, I've learned to avoid contractors who are always readily available, no signs of busy-ness in sight. Because the good ones...yeah, they're hard to get a hold of sometimes because they're exactly that - good at what they do and, therefore, in high demand. On a final note - because of the sheer volume of work they've done for us, I've also been in the position to see what happens when things come up that need repair/attention months or even a year or more later. And consistent with their excellence and integrity, they've been right there to stand behind their work down the road.

Their quote is very reasonable and we didn't have to do a lot of back and forth with insurance adjuster. The work itself is great. All crew respect that we were still living in the house and cleaned up before they leave daily. The quality of the work is great. From talking to the folks I met, I know they are super experienced and can get things right. Gonzalo is awesome at keeping us updated on what to expect and when. The entire process is as painless as it can get. Would totally hire them for future remodeling needs.

I hired John Peck for exterior repairs and painting for my house. His quote was one of the lowest…read moreand most competitive at the time. However, during the paint job, it ended up costing us more than some of the other quotes that we received. I would have been still fine with this, only if the finished job was up to the standards that was promised to us. Unfortunately it was not. During the inspection, John agreed that part of the exterior trim near a tree needed to be fixed properly (he even mentioned bringing a ladder to reach it). That repair was never completed, and the very first rain after the job caused new water damage inside my home -- the exact problem we were trying to prevent. I trusted that the repair followed by the paint job was done properly, but as you can see from the pictures this was not the case. When I raised the issue, John insisted the work was done as scoped, rather than acknowledging that the problem area had been overlooked. His email response was more focused on defending the paperwork than on taking responsibility or offering a meaningful fix. I paid in full (in fact, more than the initial quote, effectively higher than what I would have paid if I had hired some of the other contractors) but ended up getting a lower quality job. Despite trusting that the work had been done properly. It's disappointing to discover that wasn't the case and now I have to go through the additional hassle of not only fixing the exterior but also the new damages caused to the interior. Based on this experience, I would not hire John again or recommend Pecks Property Pro LLC for repair or painting work. Attention to detail and accountability were clearly lacking.

I got 6 quotes for my back patio and after talking to Adan and hearing his story about getting his life together and finding God I thought maybe this was the right guy. He wasn't the cheapest guy but he did offer some things that others weren't so we went with him. He delayed the start of the work twice because of rain (which only matters for the concrete pour) then on his first day here he calls me and tells me it's going to be $700 more than what we talked about and I told him no. He drove away and I sent him his quote he gave me saying clear as day that what I said what the truth which made him apologize and go back, from that point I had lots of doubts. His first day he worked for 4 hours cutting up some grass and doing half the forms, the next day I told him I'd be home early to go over stuff and he again worked just 4 hours pouring gravel packing it down and finishing forms. When I got home at 1230pm I told him I had concerns about the stairs as he only put one step up to our back door which left a 9" drop off from the door threshold (dangerous for anyone walking out the door and looked horrible) he never returned to address it till the day of the pour but before that he wanted me to cut wood trim and siding around the back of my house with nothing laid out and just gave me a rough idea over the phone. I also had to install flashing for the cement on the underside of my door (something he probably should have done) mind you he is only 35 mins away. As for the day of the pour they kicked butt that's the truth but I will say this I was told I'd get color in my stairs and they didn't do it they also said they'd do a center line to our patio with stamp and color and they didn't do that and when it came time for the bill they did not honor the price we agreed to because of more "taxes" than we had taIked about I understand taxes but when you tell someone a price and then decide oh that doesnt count for tax it's a big surprise. I think overall the work was good but the communication and customer service was some of the worst I've ever seen and to me that matters. I would not recommend using them unless you get a very detailed quote form with a solid final price and don't be surprised if you do some of the work yourself. It's a shame cause I had high hopes for this experience based on stuff I had read but that's probably because he asks you multiple times to leave a good review on his website. Hope that helps somebody wish I had seen this review before I called them.
