Overall, it was a good experience : they were punctual, efficient and friendly. It took their team two days to clear out the house. The first day, it was the whole team who was there, then on the second day it was just (I believe) Dennis who came back to finish the remaining work on the garage. I have to mention a small disappointment, which is that in one of the rooms there was a large glass jar of quarters that I forgot to set aside. I only remembered it after the job was done and they were gone, which meant that one of the workers had hauled away the jar of quarters. Would have been nice if they had asked me if I really meant to throw it out, esp given that on other occasions they asked about this or that (a bag full of clothing for ex), verifying whether it was garbage or not. Despite this small blemish in their professionalism, I would still recommend them, as they did the job they were hired to do in what seems to me record time, given the amount of stuff in the house. 4/5 stars (minues one star for the jar of quarters) UPDATE : This is a follow up to my review from May 24. Dennis reached out to me after my initial review and though I hadn't asked him to, he spontaneously offered to refund me the money that was in the glass jar.
