Asking your crush out on a date to Medieval Times--that's hard. Confronting grandma about her drinking as she drains her fifth gin and tonic during Thanksgiving--that's hard. Finding a dry cleaner that can pull a two-day turnaround AND has eco friendly services. That's really hard. Really. Hard. And then I found Star Cleaners. Little did I realize they were a gem of the Lynnwood scene for a long time. I needed to get my daughter's prom dress cleaned quickly. Like I wrote above--a two-day turnaround. The staff didn't bat an eye. "Of course we can do it." Those golden words singing from their lips nearly gave me an out-of-body experience. The result? Perfection. The dress looks great. Daughter is pleased. They have my business moving forward.

I outreached to them by calling more than 5 times until someone finally answered. When I told them an item was missing they told me it was nothing they could do because my receipt listed only 5 items instead of six.
