Another cool thing was seeing a father-son duo running the place, and being serviced by the young man himself--who is clearly putting his foot in this food--was pretty cool. The greens were moist and salty--just the way they're supposed to be. The chicken was melting in my mouth and falling right off the bone. Now, I'm a very picky mac & cheese girl, so discovering that theirs was actually pretty good was a nice surprise. I'm so happy to have found this needle in a haystack because there were so many options, and I'm glad I chose this one.
