Honestly, the only people who come here just to complain tend to be difficult customers. There's constant traffic, and unfortunately, a lot of theft--so yes, they limit what's out on the floor for a reason. Staff also deal with people coming in yelling or even being aggressive, which most customers don't see. If you had to wait 10-15 minutes, it's honestly not unreasonable. This isn't a drive-thru. A little patience goes a long way. That said, it's actually a good store with loyal, hardworking staff who do their best. The store is clean, well-stocked, and self-checkouts are almost always open. Most of the time, you're greeted when you walk in or at least see staff available. The makeup department specially Ileni & Connie are so nice. This store is consistently being stocked, and someone usually helps you within a few minutes. They'll explain sales and how to use your CVS ExtraCare card, and they're genuinely willing to help you shop if you ask. The photo department works mainly through the CVS Pharmacy app--if you use it correctly, your order is usually smooth. If not, that's more of a user error situation. Food items are always available, and I've never seen anything expired or questionable in the fridge. As for the pharmacy--understand they are extremely busy, especially with a hospital just minutes away. It's a 24-hour CVS Pharmacy location, so yes, expect lines and sometimes a tired or direct pharmacist--they're working around the clock. Bottom line: this is not your average CVS. It's high-volume, high-demand, and the staff are doing the best they can under pressure.

Plenty of parking…read more Well organized shelves. Clean counters. I've been coming to this CVS for document printing because I'm too lazy to buy a printer. If you rarely need to print, I think this CVS is amazing. The website usually overestimates how long it will take to print your documents. I upload my pages to their website and I get modified within 5-10 minutes that it's ready for pickup. The website always says 2-3 hours after you submit the order but I believe that's a general wait time for photo printing and not document printing. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Truly, nothing to complain about.

The basic store is well equipped. Has all the stuff one would need. It's clean, the staff are professional, and they even have some little surprises like historical Manuels about the area, or cute little gifts for the kids. The place I always go - whether walking in or, more likely, the drive up - is the pharmacy. The young people who work there are friendly, professional, and helpful. I go so often, a couple of the young folks know me by name and ask how my family is, even though they haven't ever met them and only here about them from my inquiries and casual small talk when being rung up. I love that. I always am happy to swing by to pick up the needed meds, and I usually get a friendly smile and greeting in the process. I'm happy to patronize this location and feel it's one of the cleanest, friendliest, and most well equipped in the area by far.
