I've always had my own washer and dryer, but while my new home is being constructed I had to use this place. It's pretty nice and clean. The washer machines work great and plenty of different sizes. The dryers however don't dry well on purpose so we have to keep feeding in money to it. I thought it was pretty expensive. The other customers aren't friendly at all but I don't think they know any better. All in all it's okay, but next time I'd rather wash my clothes by hand on a stone in the LA river...lol

While I understand operational challenges, many public businesses address this issue through managed dispensers or other solutions. Not providing basic sanitary supplies is concerning, especially when restroom access is paid. I hope management considers improving this, as access to basic hygiene is a reasonable expectation for customers.
