NO CARDS never had a bad experience at a self service coin laundry. Had to call Manager because there was a large leak. She tried to have me fix it by going into a out of order white machine to get towels out of it to throw it on the ground to cover the water - NO URGENCY And it can cause damage to customers inside , no one close enough to put up a wet floor sign. I also asked for a re wash on her behalf (4.75) because the amount of water that spilled out seems like they will leave a lot of soap residue on my clothes, which is not good for my skin. ( sidebar as a business owner myself I can stand to lose five dollars on allowing somebody to be redeemed for a malfunction on a machine that is completely out of date and not being close enough to handle the situation accordingly) read more

I came to Kleen Laundry on an emergency basis. Besides them charging to use the restroom, they don't offer toilet paper or hand soap. I called the posted assistance number and was told that toilet paper is not provided because it gets stolen. While I understand operational challenges, many public businesses address this issue through managed dispensers or other solutions. Not providing basic sanitary supplies is concerning, especially when restroom access is paid. I hope management considers improving this, as access to basic hygiene is a reasonable expectation for customers. read more

So after a late night of work I needed to wash some clothes so I could use the next day and this was open late for that. This place was opened till 12 am on Fridays & Saturdays but they only take people until 10:30 for last loads. The place was nice, clean and cool. The manager is on site In the night. They still use quarters and the machines are costly but they're all new machines. I'd go back there if I need an alternative for my laundry. read more

This laundromat is garbage. Washers work just fine but the dryers are crap. There's 32 dryers (yes, I actually counted them!) and maybe 10 of them are in service but only 2 of them actually dry your clothes. I'm using the work dry very loosely because these dryers don't dry your clothes completely. You're wasting your quarters with these dryers. Today will be our last time coming here. As if the out of service dryers weren't enough, no one in the laundromat is wearing a mask. There's no "Mask Required" sign posted on the door. Avoid this place and save your quarters. read more

I used to love coming here . I would have rated 5/5 . They recently got new dryers not too long ago. and upped the prices . Which is fine . It was doable . But came again today. And they upped their prices again . Before I would get 20 mins for $1. Now u get 10 mins for $1. 25 cents = 3 mins . But then u put $1 in u only get 10 mins . It doesn't make sense. I came in here to only dry some clothes for a family membet as you see my Dryer kicked the bucket about a week ago, my washer is in working condition so I washed at home and came in here to dry on a emergency basis. The place was empty with only about 3 customers I quickly dried my stuff and left I only spent 1.00 dollar. Economical and Fast. This is my kind of place Thank you so much. The lady that works there was very rude , she made me take my clothes out of the washer and put it in another because she "closed that area " i still had 2 hours to wash before closing time, she can't close sections of the laundry mat if it's technically still open . On top of her being rude I used a step stool that was near the washers to fill my soap and softener , she yelled at me to get off ! I was confused as the washers are very tall and I can't reach to apply my soap.... At that point I ignored her.... This place is over priced in the worst way. The dryers are 4 quarters for 12 minutes and you need at least three cycles for your clothes to be dry, What a waist of time. I know of gas is going up but this is not the place to go! read more

Unfortunately, this place is a genuine rip off, not only are the washers over priced to use, the dryers stop automatically every few seconds not minutes, why, oh because it supposedly stops your clothes from getting wrinkles, ma @$$! $1.00 for 10 minutes of drying time, $6.75 a wash. I recently moved to the area and was in needed of a laundry mat since my apartment laundry is currently broken . Very clean and reliable working washers / dryers. The laundry attendant was very kind and she was also very attentive . Washer / dryer was even strong enough to handle my queen size comforter in which I only had to dry once . Im glad to know that When the appliances at my complex are down I have a laundry that i know i can count on . read more

Came in at 7am on a Monday morning. It was nice that it was completely empty. The place is clean, prices reasonable, and equipment newer. There are a couple of flat screen TV to watch while waiting for your laundry to wash and dry, and an ATM machine if you forgot to bring cash for the coin changers. The 4x and 6x load washers offer second wash and second rinse options. I used the 6x washer and the price was $5 for one load. Adding second wash was $.25 more and adding second rinse was another $.25. I added both and the wash time was 40 minutes. I'm assuming that the wash time would have been 20 minutes if I didn't add the extra wash and extra rinse options. I would have given this place 5 stars if it had more seating than just one bench. Just came from there . To begin with there are no employees there. I deposited $20 in the money changing machine it only gave me $10 back. I called the number they had for the manager. He answered right away heard me out said he will call his attendee to come refund me. I was happy he took responsibility. 30 minutes passed nothing called back no answer. He texted back saying someone was on there way another 30 I called back no answer . And to top it off there dryer don't even work and I wasn't the only costumer complaining about it should of knows half of them had a out of service paper. Horrible laundry Matt manager is a liar all he had to say was that he is not responsible for the coin machine instead of lying. I will never go back and I don't recommend it to anyone. The freaking worst. 65% of the dryers are out of order and never seemed to get fixed. After coming here once a month. 3 of the dryers that weren't marked as Out of order, were COLD so we wasted money even loading those in. The ones that do work aren't strong either and towels and blankets will have to be run multiple times and seprated to fully dry them. Their change machine isn't stocked properly so we had to wait awhile for a manager to come in and restock it. There is no maintenance or manager on-site. How they keep operating without repairing their machines is a suprise. read more

Beware owner is a thief. So I inserted 20$ on the change machine it only gave me 10$ worth of coins. I called the owner and he stated he was going to review the security cameras and then he will contact me. I contacted the owner the next day no contact left a message. Two days later I attempted to contact the owner he finally answered my call. He stated again he will contact me as soon as he reviews the security cameras.
