There's plenty of parking in a private lot. I was happy there was no sand nor wood chips so it didn't get messy. The bad: It seems like the overhang or structure for shade above the picnic benches are under construction or removed. The interesting: There's a giant lion statue made of stone that my toddler loved. It's donated from Lion's Club.

Pickleball courts are closed starting 5/4/2026 to 5/12/2026. Will reopen on 5/13/2026. 2) Baseball/Softball Field 3) Community Center 4) Gymnasium: Indoor basketball and pickleball courts (7pm - 10pm) 5) Restrooms: They're available. Don't be surprised to find many residents of the community doing dances and stretches and exercise in the morning. Many older women come in groups and go in walks. And there are people that come and use the smaller basketball court. The playground for the children is also well maintained. My family enjoys the picnic tables here. Recently we reserved several tables by the lake which under covering or pavilion. It's $165 for residents and we had it from 10AM to 4PM. We had a 6 year old birthday party with about 15 families in attendance. It was great! The kids LOVED the ducks, turtles, and play ground. It was nice to have tables and shade. Plenty of trash cans to throw away our trash. And plenty of parking for everyone. We all enjoyed it!
