Suddenly, around the Holidays, the cookies and cream cake was missing from the display case for 2 weeks in a row. No problem. I'll email and order, except no one responded to the email. Perhaps the email went to another location or they were busy over the holidays and never saw it. I decided to just go in and buy whatever they had in the display. I settled on a plain Vanilla cake. The problem was it was most definitely stale! The quickest way to lose a guest is by selling substandard product at full price.
