This place used to have the BEST coffee, food, and service and the last 7 years it's continually gone down hill. It's so sad but after years of rotten service, crappier coffee, and food with mold on it and staleness, repeatedly-I'm done. I kept hoping it would change but no go. Today I received an email about Earth day where a free bag was offered , so I headed in for a try with high hopes. Well my coffee drink was worthless -the foam non existent and I guess with regards to the free bag, I was supposed to have assumed it was for online orders only but it didn't say it so I guess I'm the ass for even asking about it. The guy in the back and the barista were totally non caring, the guy was a real snot-didn't give a shit whatsoever. Gotta love that awesome level of shit customer service! This is hands down my favorite coffee! Went a year ago while visiting the area and have placed several orders since then. It always comes packaged nicely and is fresh. I can't drink any other coffee without heartburn or a belly ache. This stuff is all I drink anymore! read more

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this place!! Right when you walk in it smells heavenly & the atmosphere is so relaxing. There were 3 women working during our visit & even though I had just walked in the door for the first time I felt like I had known them forever! They were so welcoming & friendly! My S/O is plant based & I am Vegan. When I ordered his frappe I asked for almond milk & she was sure to let me know there was dairy in the frappe mix. THAT IS SO RARE & SO INCREDIBLY THOUGHTFUL!!!! Since the drink was for Adam it was ok & he loved it! Whenever trying somewhere I have never been & will not likely travel to again (we are travelers based in Las Vegas, on day 6 of 19 right now) I like to try something new so I always ask what do they love that is outside the box; they made me the most amazing turmeric spice latte with oat milk & house made orange cardamom. Yeah I know...I'm drooling too lol We also got the Quinoa Salad & the Vegan Thai Wrap SO GOOD!! Last but certainly not least is this amazing sweet vegan creation full of nut butters & seeds & raisins. I honestly hope to one day return to this great little cafe. read more

We have driven by Montana coffee traders for months now...smelling the fresh roasted coffee from the highway and finally decided to stop. Emily was a wonderful young lady with vast knowledge of coffee. She listened to what we like and guided is to the best coffee for our machine and palate. Favorite coffee! Employees there are lovely! Expect long lines in the summertime Homemade baked goods and wonderful soups& salads.

We frequently visit the two Whitefish locations AND the Columbia Falls location when we're in NW Montana. The flagship store in Whitefish has really gone downhill. The service and slection there is quite pathetic the past few times we've visited. The Columbia Falls location, however, has OUTSTANDING customer service and also carries a great selection of souvenirs and MTC products which we freuquently purchase. I'm not being rude. The main store used to have such a nice selection of items to purchase and they no longer do. The main store rushes you in and out and the ladies there do not go out of their way to let you know that they're thankful for your business. We used to visit this store almost every day of every visit to NW Montana. Now, we usually go once, get disappointed with the customer service and slection. We'd rather spend ouf money at the Columbia Falls store where the stafff seems happy, thankful, and you get service with a smile. read more

This is where they roast the coffee beans for their famous coffee. You can't walk in here without craving coffee. There is a good selection of beans here and a cute selection of products (non-coffee related) to purchase. No food at this location except for baked goods in the morning. read more

Great stop for coffee. They don't have food like the other MCTs which is great. You can come in and get your coffee right away without having to stand in line waiting for people to decide on their food orders. We always come in when we have appointments next door for our dogs at the vet clinic. Lots of gift items too including gifts made locally. Great place just to hang out and enjoy a drink. read more
