They up charged the actual hair by $400 and I found this information out by another salon that fixed my hair. I can understand an up charge but $400 went to an inexperienced stylist who did an awful install. They just didn't care it went straight into her pocket over $1400 was spent at this salon , that is highway robbery if u ask me, they cannot justify products or labor because there wasn't any. Please see photo below. I could have ordered the hair myself. You don't need a license to order the hair that they use.

My color formula is kept on file so stylists can be interchangable. The atmosphere is quite nice and not too noisy like some salons. That's ok I really don't have a preference but honestly it must have been fate. Loretta did an amazing job I love it so much. I only got a haircut and style but she really took her time to make sure it came out great. This was my first visit here but I will definitely continue to come here. Also I think it's great that the website allows you to review services and book online. I often find that salons don't answer the phone at busy times so it's great to just do it online.

After a conversation, I decided to come in and get my hair cut here. I am so glad I did! I had gone to another Buffalo salon that was highly rated for curly hair and it was completely ruined. They cut it with a razor and I spent months thinking it was the end for my hair. I thought I would have to go back to straightening it as the only time it looked decent was when I straightened it. BUT I HAVE CURLY HAIR AND I WANT IT CURLY! I went to another stylist in another state and he couldn't repair the damage (after lobbing off 5" to get to the razor cut to go away - and I was trying to grow my hair long at the time but obviously, not now). He also cut it all one blunt length which does NOT work for curly hair so I looked like Selma from the Simpsons with triangle hair ANYWAY Carmen miraculously fixed the damage that BOTH stylists did - both the awful razor cut and the blunt cut. She had a real challenge ahead of her as she had so much to fix and she couldn't go much shorter, but she did it. She also took the time to explain every process she was doing and how it improves the curl, as well as to style it and explain and show every single process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO CURLY GIRLS

Elle Salon is amazing for two reasons: 1) they cut my hair well (after a lifetime of bad haircuts) and 2) they do an excellent job with color. Until coming to Elle Salon, I've never had my hair colored. And it is jet black. I went in with the criteria "I want it to be a brownish red", not knowing anything about coloring, that dark hair is harder to dye, or which colors go well with which skin tones, etc. But Stacy helped me through the whole process. She told me what to expect, showed me a whole bunch of color swatches that matched my incredibly vague description, explained how certain colors fade and might look funny against my skin tone 6 months down the road...in short, she was amazing. We settled on a subtle allover brown that I was very happy with. So happy, in fact, that when I decided I wanted highlights, I went back to her. I've never had a hair salon experience as good as this, where the stylist really listens to what I want and adds her expertise to create a look that I love. I basically trust her enough to go in and say "do whatever you think will look good". In addition to doing a great job with my hair, their prices are very reasonable. Last time I went for a color touch up, highlights, and a trim, and it was $110. Appointments can be made online at their website, where you select the date, service, and stylist you want. And they even send you a nice reminder email to let you know your appointment is coming up! I live in Elmwood Village and this place is in Depew, but it is 100% worth the drive! Although I've only gone to Stacy, the other clients here all seem really happy when they leave, and the business seems to have a pretty steady clientele. All in all, I highly recommend Elle Salon, and if you want to get your hair colored, Stacy is your girl!

The owner, Jessica, is a sweetheart! The salon is small so it was only Jessica and I in there with our masks during the process which was really so fast and easy! There was no wait time during the process - when she started she just kept going it took approximately an hour and a half (first washing with a clarifying shampoo, then doing in sections, drying and flat ironing) and I can't believe the results! Unlike a Keratin treatment you can put your hair up and do whatever you want right after (except wait to wash it for 24 hours and no flat ironing until it's washed again) must use Brazilian blowout shampoo and conditioner which I got there at a great price. My hair turned out so silky, shiny and beautiful I should've done this a long time ago! It is expected to last around five months and although I'm sure it won't be as straight when I do it is going to make it so much more manageable. I couldn't believe when I left at the end of the day I had not any frizz and it was almost 90°I am very happy!
