Overall just an awful experience. After reading other reviews, I am in full agreement that there is a bit of scolding and oddities at this place of business. She asked how I heard about her and I did say that I think I used a groupon with her years, I'm talking 7-8 years prior. She basically yelled at me saying it didn't matter if it was that long because you're only supposed to use one ever. The skin products are not even Target brand level, and the next day my face was so swollen and dry and patchy I wouldn't leave the house. She also doesn't let you leave until you write down at least 2-3 people that she can cold call for services. I told them all not to answer. I had an off feeling when I arrived for my appointment... the whole experience was bizarre. So she never leaves the room while she asks you to undress for a facial and is extremely rude and insulting. The products she uses are questionable and doesn't tell you what she uses, but it's not professional grade. She writes down your credit card numbers in a notebook, which is extremely unprofessional and sketchy. Make sure you call to schedule a Groupon or she says she "can't " refund you your deposit and makes you pay full price, then book another appointment to use your Groupon. Stay away from this "so-called esthetician " who uses cheap products and overly pushy to tip and send referrals her way. She is whacky, and I feel terrible for all the people she's scammed, including me. read more

I had my first dermabrasion last week. I booked another and gave her a $50 deposit via Venmo. 4 days before the appointment, I called to cancel. She won't return my deposit and she hung up on me. The deposit was to hold the appointment in case of no show. 4 days is plenty of time to cancel, but she refused to give my deposit back. Please be wary of her. read more

Service is terrible, skin resulted in a breakout, will not allow you to book a follow up appointment without a deposit, makes you undress in the same room, just overall was not nice in the way that she communicated. I cancelled my appointment far in advance due to my skin not fully healing after her treatment and was told it was non refundable. Based on everywhere that I searched, a deposit is used to hold an appointment and to cover the cost in the event of a no show. It is not meant to be kept even if someone gives you a month's notice in advance. Her products were not professional grade and towels felt like they have been used a million times. Overall the worst part of it all was the customer service or lack of. No matter what you do, do not put a deposit down, you will NEVER get it back, even if you move to another state, she will keep it. I bought a groupon a month before covid hit. Now I am fully vaccinated and asked if I could redeem it. Very snippy reply "it expired in Oct 2020. You've had plenty of time to come in!" She even confused the year, saying there was no covid Oct 2020. I was stunned. Her tone of voice was scolding. She would see me if I would pay the difference to full price. I declined. Not a person I would want to meet. Other spas are honoring expired groupons understanding covid kept most of us home. read more

I do not recommend anyone going here . She didn't explain anything . No massage. She put this solution on my face which left scabs . I brought it to her attention and sent a pic . She then blocked me . I am in disbelief that she would block a customer. Especially after she just messed up my face . I'll start off by saying she was friendly. I went in for one of the facials after seeing her advertising on Facebook. I agree with another poster that booking with her was kind of a nightmare. We texted, then I had to call her and go through a series of questions. Provided a deposit and we booked the service. Her "consultation" was nothing more than her trying to sell some products, not explaining what to use for my specific skin type (she didn't even look at my skin during said consultation). The facial itself HURT. I've had facials before and never once was I in pain. Afterwards, the massage was nice but I looked over and saw a bottle of Jergens body lotion that I assume she put on my face. She handed me her price list after and suggested I rebook. I gratefully declined and said I'd contact her should I be interested again. I broke out the day after in a terrible way, and for someone who has generally clear skin, this was pretty disappointing. When we finally found a day we could both make she told me i would be her only appointment that day (which was still 8 days away) and she doesnt like to do that. Went for a 60 minute Derma-plane and facial. The room she performs this in resembles s Doctors office not spa like at all. Fairer filling out the paperwork she had me lay down on the table and began to perform service. After about 10 minutes she asked me to get up and look into the mirror to see if she had removed enough peach fuzz. Once I was back on the table she put an enzyme on my face wiped it off and put some moisture ritzier on my face then said she was finished. That's not a facial. I purchased a groupon special for the European Signature Facial. When I arrived Donna greeted me and took me into the room. She was very friendly and polite. She asked if I wanted to do a chemical peel or microdermabrasion treatment but I declined as that was not included in the groupon. I was instructed to remove my shirt/bra and shoes and lay on the table. She started by asking me questions about my digestive system (not sure why she asked me that)and if I have any problems. She also advised that I was de-hydrated. She then started to apply substances to my face and wiping them off. Nothing was explained to me as to what products she was using. She then left a cleanser of some sort on my face and gently rubbed my neck. This was not a massage in anyway. I was relaxed but I had better expectations of what the facial would be based off her description on her website. I did not receive an analysis of my skin, no extractions and I didn't feel like any exfoliation was done nor was there any facial massage or hand massage done. I believe the treatment lasted about 40 minutes. After she was done, she had me sit up right away (no top on) and she handed me a little plastic shot cup of water. I also had a groupon for a facial with Donna. First the room was not relaxing or calming. Donna seemed more interested in add ons to the basic facial at extra cost of course. I consented to s 10 minute microdermabrasion. It burned and the next day I had scabs on my right cheek from it. Let me just start by saying I have never once felt the need to post a yelp review until now. I can't even begin to describe the absolutely horrific experience that I had with Donna this past week. I went to Donna for my first facial -- not with much knowledge on them but just wanting a deeper clean for my skin. When I got there she talked to me and said that she would recommend a chemical peel and microdermabrasion. I have never had very sensitive or problematic skin but do have problems with blackheads that she thought this would help. So we began..the first few minutes went well and then she started with the microdermabrasion. Never having had it before I had no idea what to expect -- it felt like she was using sandpaper to take every layer of skin off of my face. I asked her if it should hurt this bad and she said not at all it should feel like "a cat licking your face", which it absolutely did not. So she said she would lighten up on it.. by this time my right cheek and chin already felt like they were bloody pulps. As she continued on my other cheek it didn't hurt near as bad but I asked anyways if we should still do the chemical peel considering how sensitive my skin felt. She said yes, and so we did. Looking back now I should have insisted that I didn't want to but I trusted her judgement. The chemical peel felt like someone lit a fire to my right cheek and skin. I immediately said it was hurting terribly and she put a fan to my cheek, which relieved the pain a little but not enough so she removed it. My face was extremely sensitive and sore when I left but it was not bleeding so I tried not to worry about it. These pictures are what it turned into over the next few hours/ days. I reached out to Donna to let her know and she could not have been less understanding. She took absolutely NO responsibility. Continued to charge me the full amount even though I told her that I now had to pay to see two different doctors to try to prevent this from scarring as well as take off of work to go. She told me she would take $10 off of my next facial as if I would ever come back. I have never been more disappointed with a service or the provider in my life. The entire experience was absolutely horrific and my face is still in the early stages of healing. read more

I had my first sugar glow body scrub. It was a unique experience at first I was a little nervous, but that's normal for me when I try new things. I soon felt comfortable and relaxed, my anxiety went away. Donna's experience, professionalism and attentive care put me at ease. My only recommendation is installing a shower for easier transition.
