I visited B Well a handful of times at their Main Street location in Williamsville and have since followed them to their new location at 551 Farber Lakes Drive (behind the Sheridan Wegmans). This spa is awe-inspiring! It's like they took the very best of every spa in existence and built the perfect retreat! The moment I cross the threshold, my entire demeanor changes. I'm leaving the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind as I step inside the door to this cozy, safe space. It's simple, but the lighting alone makes a huge difference. Then you add in all the other things like the soft colors and feng shui and chi and (I am totally making this part up because I don't know squat about it but it sounds good and it feels like something Gwyneth Paltrow would probably talk about on her tv show. Anyway; trust me. The environment is magical! When I found B Well, I had been looking for "just" a massage. I booked with Jenn B and have found "my" massage girl. (I have since re-booked with her several times.) The pressure is perfect every time. I think it was my second appointment, Jenn noticed that I had a knot that was extraordinarily difficult. She suggested cupping. NEPTUNE'S BEARD! Have you ever haadddd cupping? This is exactly what I've been missing in my life! Just a few minutes with the cups and she can break through even the knottiest of knots with ease, and I leave feeling like a limber Simone Biles (minus the gold medals). I also have to say how impressed I am by the kindness and overall friendliness of the rest of the staff. I don't know them by name and since I am not their clients, I don't expect they know mine either, but they always smile at me and sometimes chat if they have a minute. I am treated like a valued client and it feels really great just being there. So far, massage and cupping are the only services I've tried at B Well, but I look forward to booking a reiki appointment, too. They also have infrared spa treatments, which I've heard are fantastic for chronic pain. In addition to that, I'd love to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done as soon as the holidays are over. Do I recommend B Well? As my 85-year-old mom would say, "You bet you're bippy, I do!" If you are fortunate enough to get on Jenn B's book, I'd highly recommend it. But truly, I believe you'd be happy regardless of who you'd get to see for whatever service you are seeking. Attention MEN and WOMEN I have discovered a place that invites everyone to look and feel their best. I only found this place by word of mouth and now I need to tell you about it. Here's my scoop, I have a pretty big party this weekend and being a Western New Yorker, you'll understand from the lack of sun why I sought out a spray tan. However, what I really discovered was the different services provided at "B well" message & esthetics for all men and women alike. From skincare to messages ( my next service ) to tans and body waxing - ahem... men, don't be shy here, to sauna and body treatments. As I looked over the brochure, I find the prices are more than fair and are inline with the services provided. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile from Brittany who invited me to sit and relax while I waited for my spray tan. The wait was short and my appointment with Mary Kate was right on schedule. Which is important to me. As I walked through the halls, I noticed the rooms were extremely clean, private and very inviting. This place is AMAZING! All said and done, my tan looks fabulous and I walked out a happy happy camper. I went a couple weeks ago for a massage (the salt stone) and a facial. Not only was everything so safe and every precaution taken but this was also the best massage ever. This was my first facial so I can't compare it but I would say it was also the best. I can't believe I waited so long to come here! I can't wait to come back and get another massage and facial. MaryKate is my go to Aesthetician for facials, waxing, lash lifts, & spray tans. However, Carlie put on my lash extensions in August and they lasted almost 2 months. Hailey was available for my eyebrow waxing recently. Point being the Founder Brittany knows how to hire & train her amazing staff. I recently read on their Instagram that they offer Hot Himalayan salt stone Massages and the cupping is great for circulation amongst several other benefits. Scammy. Be careful if you book an appointment and have to reschedule, they will charge you the full fee of the facial. They charged my card on file and when I rescheduled and hadn't realized they didn't charge just a cancellation fee but the entire price of the facial, I expected it would be credited to me coming in for the appt I had rescheduled for. That day rolls around, I come in for the facial to be told that no the $120 was just the cancellation fee and it would not be credited for anything, so I said never mind at this point I don't want to do any more business with you, that is illegal to charge a full service fee for something that was never performed, and as I'm going to get up to leave they say they will have to charge my card another "cancellation" fee if I do leave. This place is horrible, I ended up being charged for 2 facials and these ppl never ended up touching my face. Obviously I'm disputing the charges but I have never had such a TERRIBLE experience with any type of business, and especially how they acted like they were just entitled to keep taking money after the fact they had charged me a full fee for a facial the first time and were happy to just keep that and not put any of it towards my new appt. If you like to throw money away sure, but I have to work hard for my money and this was a birthday treat and I'm very upset and dissapointed about how I was treated and basically used. read more

Went for a lash lift with Haley and was not disappointed. She's the sweetest and let me know exactly what she was going to do before she did it. The cleanest, cutest little hidden gem I've seen yet! $65 for a lash lift compared to the $100 everywhere else. 10/10 recommend; will definitely be coming back. read more

Overal great experience here. To start I appreciated the addition precautions they are taking in response to Covid-19. The temp check and survey of recent high risk activity as a qualifier for keeping your appointment is exactly what I would hope to see for a business that centers around physical contact. I went in for a 30 minute massage to address some neck and upper back tension. I had never had a massage professionally before and Carlie made the experience very comfortable. The facilities are clean and room itself is calming and adds to the overall experience. While the 30 minute session does not afford you the full body work that a 60 minute session would, it did not disappoint whatsoever. Will be coming back and would recommend. read more
