Great place for a birthday party. Not only was it affordable, but it was so much fun. My son said this was the best birthday party ever. Eunice, the manager, held my hand through the entire process and my party host took care of everything (I'm still recovering from surgery so that was great). This place was awesome. I just wish it were bigger. And maybe a food court or bar to hang out a little longer. It was my first time mini golfing and I had a blast! It took us about an hour to complete the entire course. Bathrooms were clean and the price was really affordable. $9 pp I would've paid more honestly. read more

I always go to this monster mini golf and never had a complaint until last night I went at 8:30pm with my boyfriend and i were in the middle of a game and a birthday party was behind us we started speeding up the game to not get in the party's way and one of the employees was with the birthday party on the course and she said to us "can y'all hurry up there is a birthday party like y'all gotta move." This made us want to leave because we felt rushed and it was very rude to rush us just because there was a party of kids behind us. We payed money to play just like they did and everyone else so why the fuck do they have special treatment. I could honestly say I could give 2 fucks about that their bday party and their social event should not affect my life. This place has the absolute CRAPPIEST hours!!!! I've been trying to go there for the past 3-4 months since I moved to the area but their hours are SO inconvenient for anyone over the age of 12...seriously, closing at 10pm on a friday?! At least be open till midnight like it is on saturday! It's so annoying that it closes so early, esp in the winter when there's nothing else to do around here!!! read more

We had a great time. My kids are 10, 8 and 3 and I allowed the older 2 to bring a friend. They all had a great time. The staff was amazing. When my daughter got frustrated they jumped in and made an easy game for her to win a prize, and gave one to my 3 year old too. I was worried the little one might be scared but it wasn't too spooky for him. I also love the ticketless card system for the arcade section. So much easier than counting all those tickets and the kids still get their prizes if they are into that stuff. We also used the photo kiosk to instantly email our friend's parents to show them what fun we were having. Fun place and well run. read more

We recently visited monster mini golf in Edison nj with our 3 1/2 year old. She had a blast. It is a really fun place to go even my husband and I had a great time. If you haven't been there I would definitely plan a trip. Once you go you will become regulars just like us... thank you to the staff who were all so polite and helpful. This place totally rocks! I brought my kids to play some mini golf and games and we had a blast! The golf course was outrageous... I have been to other glow in the dark courses and this place was by far the best I had seen. The animatronic monsters were outrageous and over the top but still kid friendly! The arcade was larger than I anticipated and we were able to play all the games we wanted. You really get your bang for your buck as the golf and games are all reasonably priced and better than others in the area. I went there today with my Husband, 19 year old daughter, Her boyfriend, and our 6 year old daughter( turns 7 at end of month). We were just looking for a way to spend some time together and thought we would try it. Well I have to say we had a blast. Chris the Manager was very pleasant and polite. We all played golf and then spend time playing games. I found the place to be clean, and very well kept. All the games were working and compared to other places very inexpensive. We liked the experience so much that we booked our daughters 7th Birthday Party . My husband and I had a lot of questions and we were given the time and answers we needed. We personally want to thank Chris,Chris,Angeline,Isabella,and Elisha today for all there help ! They all played a part in there own way in making sure our family had a great time today and in helping us with the booking of our daughters party. I can not wait to have her party. I took my grand kids for a night out, diner and monster mini golf they had a blast! I though it was layed out nicely with 18holes of mini golf prob about the same size as an outdoor mini golf. The staff was courteous and helpfull and even gave us a mini tour of the place. They have two nice size rooms for birthday party's and there were plenty of games to play. Took my two year old daughter here on a Saturday in the early afternoon. The place was completely empty except for a small party of three teenagers who walked in right before us. The employee running the cash register allowed them to play, but then told us we would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes because they had a birthday party coming in with 4 children. I said fine that seems reasonable if they booked in advance. 20 minutes pass, the teenagers who went in ahead of us were pretty much done with the entire course, and then the birthday people start lining up. With 20+ children, not 4 like we were told. We could have gone through the entire course in that 20 minutes of waiting when it was completely empty. And at this point with all of those children about to go (Which I do not blame them at all, they booked a birthday party in advance they completely deserve to play) it would have been well over another hour before my daughter would get to play. This is a two year old who was extremely patient and excited to play and had to walk away disappointed. We tried speaking to the employee who just repeated the phrase "I'm just doing my job" and "This is how I was trained to do my job" over and over, getting increasingly nasty each time until she became threatening with "You need to walk away now" and "You need to leave now" and "You need to get out of my face now." We recently had our daughter's 9th birthday party at Monster Mini Golf on Route 1 in Edison. She and her guests had a great time. The Party room was very cool. Decorated spooky and some of the creepy statues would look cool on my lawn at halloween. All the kids had a great time. We had Salima and Elisha as the party hosts and they did a great job. We had the Monster party which was fun with the hand paint for the wall. We also used Attilos as recommended for pizza for the kids and as advertised, it was hot and on time. These guys working at the golf place didn't miss a beat. From the room party to the DJ fun in the middle of the golf course, her birthday was great. She is still talking about it. A little tough to hear the hosts in the party room from the noise of the video games but it did not take away from the overall fun. If you are a fan of mini golf and Halloween, I recommend it for a party or even just for an afternoon or night of playing cool mini golf. Wear something white...it glows great !! read more
