After having a terrible experience with Venus Et Fleur where my flowers were cancelled the day of, I called Monsoon at noon on V-Day and June was extremely helpful. She helped me choose what to get and wasn't bullshitting or trying to rip me off. The flower arrangement that was sent to my mom was really nice. I ordered the custom flower arrangement and asked June to make it $250 and my mom thought that what she received was "gorgeous" (my mom is also a huge flower snob, so pretty relieved to hear her say that). It was delivered within 3 hours of placing the order and June even called me afterwards to make sure everything went well with the order.
