Petals were falling off the roses and other flowers were going brown even though they had plenty of water and kept in a shaded air-conditioned room. I called to complain and was told I should not expect flowers to last more than 4 or 5 days. I can buy supermarket flowers that last longer. read more

Place has really high quality flowers and take pride in their work. I've gone here about 5 times and have gotten compliments every time. (Never seen stems so green, so many flowers in the arrangement, not a single flower has wilted, etc.) Wonderful people too. read more

This is my wife's favorite florist. She doesn't let me go anywhere else. My wife is an artist and she says that the woman that runs this place is the best florist she has ever seen. I have asked this place to deliver 30 minutes away, and they did it. I also am able to call and give her just a color theme and let her choose herself the flowers and she invariably does a fantastic job. It isn't cheap, but it is reasonably priced and my wife is always so happy that it is worth it. Trust me, this place is a husband's best friend! read more

I placed an order for my wife for Mother's Day. Not only did they get the order wrong. They wrote the card wrong. When I called to mention this. They they were rude and told me that is what I asked for and yelled at me. I recommend to everyone. Do not use beautiful buds in Westwood. All they had to do was say sorry we were busy. Never in life again would I ever order flowers from this place. There credit card machine was not working and for some reason didn't charge my card for the flowers I ordered on Valentines Day. The charge was under 100 bux so I didn't notice that never came out, they said they tried calling me of which they had both my cell and office numbers but neglected to leave a message. As most people on 2017 I don't answer numbers I don't know. These psychos showed up at my house!!!!!! Yelling at my fiancé about the 80 bux that never took. Once I caught wind of their unannounced visit where I was livid, told them showing up unannounced will result in a call to local authorities. I paid them their $85.60, which I hope was well worth them losing a customer for life as well as anyone else who happens to stumble across this and dislike random strangers who can't process a credit charge showing up at their HOME Uninvited!!!!!
