I am not sure where to even begin. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Kay and her team were amazing to work with. From the moment we met with Kay, I knew we were in the best hands for our wedding. Kay took my inspiration pictures, listened to my vision and made my dreams come true ...x 10! After two postponements and a hard peony season leading up to the wedding, Kay made us feel so calm and worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect for us. My bouquets were beyond my expectations, the chuppah was the most beautiful and romantic I have ever seen and every centerpiece, extra decor and detail were beyond perfection!! Kay understood our vision so well that we just let her take over and boy did she deliver!! Kay and her team are the sweetest and most talented florist. Thank you for everything!!!! I live in Los Angeles and needed to get flowers delivered to a memorial service in Ridgewood with little notice and not the largest budget. When I called, the staff was happy to accommodate the tight turn around, and they were super pleasant and professional. On top of that, the flowers that arrived exceeded my expectations... thank you so much! read more

Helpful staff. Good variety of flowers. Nice arrangements. Interesting items for sale. A bit costly.

Truly blessed to have found Kay and Beers Flower Shop to do the florals for my wedding in July. Kay was truly the sweetest and most pleasant vendor to work with. Super knowledgable about what would look great, what was in season, what I wanted. Very responsive as well! Met with her for initial consult, centerpiece sample, and then a final walk through. Prices were very affordable for wedding florals! On the day of our wedding, she arrived to our venue (Indian Trail Club) with a team and put everything where it needed to go. They assembled the florals on our arbor and then took them down because it started to storm.... and then stayed an extra hour to resassemble! Truly top notch service. Cannot recommend her enough - the florals speak for themselves! read more

I could not recommend Beers Flower Shop enough. We worked with Kay to make our wedding flower dreams come true and we could not have been happier! She was so easy to work with throughout the entire process and the finished product was incredible! I definitely needed some guidance and Kay offered her expert opinion and made suggestions that I did not even think of which was a huge help. Kay made gorgeous bouquets for me and my bridesmaids and a stunning sweetheart table. She also did a great job with the boutonnieres, corsages, and the wedding arch, which turned our wedding venue into something out of a movie. Our guests are still talking about the budvases filled with florals and candles, as well as little touches throughout the space. She was easily one of my favorite vendors and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. I already told my husband that I want a mini of my wedding bouquet for our anniversary because I just loved it so much! read more

As a typical guy, I of course planned last minute to buy my girlfriend flowers for Valentine's Day. The gentleman on the other line was very kind and didn't rush me to place my order. As I assumed on a day like this, they would swarmed with orders. I ordered a dozen red roses and with shipping included, ended up costing me $100. It would've been about $125 if I ordered the vas as well. I thought that The price was a little steep at first. However, once my girlfriend received a beautiful arrangement of roses within 3 hours of ordering. I must say I'm very glad I ordered through them will continue to do so for future special occasions. read more

I always call in my order. The nice Korean lady over the phone may be hard to understand because of her accent. But, I've never had a problem getting an order through and delivered to my 'Boo Boo'. Delivery charge is usually 10 bucks. I will buy from them again and again. read more

Great arrangement, better than expected and the card and presentation were well done. Delivered on time.

Kay makes the most beautiful flower arrangements! Kay was absolutely amazing. I connected with her to get flowers for my mother's funeral. She made excellent recommendations and listened to what I liked to help us create the most beautiful arrangements that truly complemented our chosen casket. While it was a somber occasion, she made it a very easy process and I could not be more satisfied. She was kind to my kids who were there patiently waiting to have lunch after our meeting to discuss flowers and even gave them a small treat which was so incredibly kind. You can go wrong with this florist. They were the most amazing flowers I've ever seen. read more

I can not give enough compliments for Beers. We had a luncheon at the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn and I was in charge of flower arrangements. We are from out state, I called Beers, really not knowing anything about them. I struck gold!!! Each arrangement was beautiful. They knew the room, gave me suggestions. The flowers were perfect. The woman who discussed the flowers with me was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. We happened to be setting up the decorations when the flowers were delivered. The delivery persons were so good, polite. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. When I said they came from Beers they acknowledged they were excellent florist. Beers is one of kind for excellence in design and service. read more

I cannot wait to load more pictures of my magical bridal flowers. Kay, the owner, was incredible. I brought in a few pictures and basically told her the pictures were just a suggestion and that nothing was exactly what I wanted. I described to her exactly what it was that I was going for and she did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job. Once Kay, herself, delivered the flowers to my location the day I was getting ready, every girl in the room squealed with excitement at how undeniably beautiful they were. They all took pictures the second she arrived and sent them to their friends, parents, other brides... They were astonished at how amazing they were. She did what I asked for and MUCH more. Her flowers were not only beautiful in arrangement but top notch quality and at their absolute peak in life. I didn't stop hearing "your flowers are so stunning" my entire wedding day. I'd suggest Beers Flower Shop to anyone looking for party arrangements, bouquets, or just to decorate the home or send as a gift. They are the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen, their service is outstanding, and their craftsmanship is out of this world. The second you walk in the shop you can tell that Kay and her team take a lot of pride in what they do and they're damn good at it. Thank you Beers. I am so very grateful I chose you for my wedding day! read more

For years I considered Beers to be the best. Unfortunately, the last time I was there, I had the bad luck to be be assisted by a young man who had absolutely no interest in hearing what I wanted to create in an arrangement. He did not listen to anything I said other than the amount I wanted to spend, and in the end I was charged 25% more than I had requested. He refused to let me make my own arrangement, and was much more interested in offering his unsolicited view of whether or not the flowers I liked would work well together. There was a comment about everything I chose being somehow unsuitable. Everything he said sounded like a well-rehearsed repetition of some business model that he decided was the way to approach running the shop. (This is what we are, this is how we do things, this is what we have available for you, etc...) The personal customer service that was always one of the best things about this florist was definitely not in play during my visit. There was no time for me to go elsewhere, so I made a purchase, but I left feeling very disappointed. The flowers in the store are beautiful, but the service and attention I received was beyond disappointing. I will not be returning anytime soon. read more

I wouldn't use this service again. I placed my order online a day before it was suppose to be delivered. My credit card was charged right away. The next day when the flowers were due to be delevered, I called at 3:30pm to ask the status of delivery. The woman couldn't find my order. She called me back and wanted to deliver it around 4:30. I told her to cancel it. So, if I didn't call at all, they never would have made the delivery and I wouldn't have known. This is not a direct flower shop, it is routed through other websites and somehow they lost order. I would not use Beers Flower Shop. read more

Our son got married one month ago today and we are still in a dream state reminiscing about the magic and glory of the day. Kay from Beers Flower Shop did the floral design and collaborated with me and the bride on vision, and every detail, including table scape and ceremony flowers. The floral design was exquisite, absolutely exceptional with attention paid to every detail. The flowers were arranged at the venue for the ceremony, cocktail party, dinner, After-Party and brunch the day after. Then, the flowers were moved to our home for the enjoyment of all before the bride and groom departed on their honeymoon. We could not have asked for more beauty and more professionalism. The ceremony decor, bouquets, boutonnières, flower girl baby rose crown and all table decor were absolutely perfect. We are so grateful to Kay and her exceptional staff! read more

I cannot praise Kay enough for her act of kindness that she did for me--and my son--at 7 pm on Valentine's night. My son is away in the Army and another florist had screwed up the order of flowers he was sending his girlfriend, who he hasn't seen in 2 months. I called Kay's store and she felt my sadness and said she would put together an arrangement of roses and deliver them tonight. Within 45 minutes, she called to tell me they were already delivered! It truly renews your faith in people when you encounter people like Kay! And my son's girlfriend was thrilled! read more

I went here for flowers for my wedding. I had a tiny budget, had been to many other florists, and the owner/head flower person at Beers was the only one who didn't laugh me out of the store. The Worst Florist!!! I am embarrassed by the arrangement. I paid 63.00 dollars for 5 flowers in a vase....I could have cut them and put them in a vase myself.
