They did prepare and deliver the bouquet very quickly. The floral arrangement was not impressive, and in my experience a relatively poor value for the quality of the arrange arrangement at $150. I had to call several times to finally receive the promised photo which was sent during my third call to Customer Service to follow up several hours after the delivery. Under no circumstances, would I use them again.
