I've done both strength training and boxing here, and the trainers are excellent. They're knowledgeable, attentive, and make the environment welcoming regardless of your fitness level. When I first started I was out of shape, with nagging injuries. They worked around the injuries and helped get me in shape. The facility has both indoor and outdoor training areas, plus great parking, which is always a bonus. Great owners, great trainers, and a great overall experience. Highly recommended.

Each class trainers ensure to watch your forms and correct you to avoid unnecessary injuries. My 7pm class was small size and so far I had coach Ryan and Stephanie which are both professional and knowledgeable. They don't push you to lift heavier or PR in every workout but they care about your techniques and encourage you to gradually increase weights/reps. I do love this gym a lot and I love running around the buildings and neighborhoods. It's quiet, safe and located in the heart of monrovia so every time I have a choice I would go out and run!
