Walked in and got seated promptly, then ignored for 10+ minutes. Finally got to order. Server wasn't sure if they had Coke Zero (they do) and didn't know if their "thin crust" pizza was crispy, like a cracker, or more like a New York style. Turns out, the "thin crust" isn't really thin at all. Reminded me of one of the pizzas you buy at the grocery and cook at home yourself. Bottom was cooked, top was doughy, cheese burned your mouth. Not impressed. Everyone agreed, it was just barely ok. The garlic knots appetizer was good. Everything else, including the service, was meh. When we left, we saw our server and another sitting outside the door smoking... it made a lot more sense after that. read more

First visit 4/11/26 and I was kinda impressed with the ambiance. Service was a little suspect at first but it was late and closing time was near. The pizza was very good but I wouldn't say great. It definitely had flavor but I felt like something was missing...maybe a little more sauce. I'd definitely return a try other menu items but overall the experience was pretty good. Last two times I've ordered a build your own pizza, they have "lost" my phone in order. Maybe I'm just unlucky. Food gets a good grade. Nothing special for pizza as they have only the usual standard toppings. I would think a non-chain would try and differentiate themselves. In my opinion customer service could use some improvement. read more

Since they joined with Monroe Pizza I expected the food to be good. However I was not impressed, I had a burger that was ok but it turned out to have a moldy bun. The fries were nothing special. The place was empty and still the service was just ok. It will be awhile before I come back here unless I'm drinking. read more

The food was excellent - great selection and the amount was big! The ambience was perfect! Service was just right.

We ordered the catfish sandwich and the pimento cheese sandwich along with the broccoli and squash casseroles for takeout. Our server was very friendly and charming and the food came out quickly. The place looks like a fun place to hang out with the pool tables and music area and was clean and inviting. We'll be back. read more

This is a rather new location in Monroe. Very nice interior, especially since this is a repurposed auto parts store/garage. The menu is rather basic. My friends had the reuben sandwich was good. For sides there was cole slaw(very good) and fried okra which was also enjoyed. I ordered the nachos and received a generous portion with an overly large portion of sour cream. Very filling, but for whatever reason I think it will be better tomorrow after the flavors have a chance to blend. The service was one area I believe that needs improvement. I look forward to returning, but I hope the service improves. I cannot comment on the bar, we ordered no drinks. read more

The staff is amazing, the food is typical bar food. Not nothing to write home about. The inside is very bar/dive bar. We went tonight after other plans fell through. We thought the ambiance is nice. There was a band playing for part of the time. They were pretty good but a little loud for 7:30. We ordered potato skins and a flatbread to share. It took a very long time for the food to come out. When we did get it, it was cold. The potato skins were not warm enough to melt the cheese sprinkled on top and the flatbread was actually cold in the middle. We didn't address anything with the staff as we'd already been there long enough. Our server was very nice, but not really attentive. She never checked on the food, didn't mention how long we had waited or anything of that nature. We didn't order alcohol, so can't comment on that part of what they do. Overall- not the best experience- would really think long and hard before going back. read more

The restaurant only had 2 people sitting at a table and a few people at the bar. There were 8 employees at the bar. We ordered an appetizer and was then told that they weren't servable. We just asked for our main course. Then we were told 2 more times by the waitress that the appetizer was fine and that they would bring it out. She then sent the cook out to tell us that it was the suppliers fault and we wouldn't get the appetizer. It took another 20 minutes to get our food that was cold. The mashed potatoes were powdered from a box and the cole slaw was made of cabbage and honey mustard. The ranch dressing tasted like it was from the dollar store and had gone bad. We asked for more water and it was never brought and the waitress never checked to see how the food was. For 3 people our bill was $55 with no drinks. read more

Food was ok. I had a hamburger but had to ask repeatedly for condiments. Finally borrowed the condiments from a neighboring table. For me it's way too loud! When I can't hear my dining partner and feel like I am screaming at them it's way too loud. Waitress got our tickets mixed up even after we told her we were paying separately. My friend gave her cash and the waitress decided to bring back some of the change and kept the rest for her tip which was very inappropriate. I probably won't go back. read more

I hate to post negative reviews. We have visited 2 times. The first time was for lunch and the food, service, and atmosphere was great. I would have given 5 stars for that visit. Unfortunately our second visit deserved 1 star, thus a 3 star review. On our second visit which was around 5:30 pm on a Saturday, we were seated fairly quickly and given menus. The problem was, we couldn't hear each other. The music was entirely too loud. And just to be clear, I turn the volume up in my Jeep to ridiculous levels - and I love it... so it's not that I'm one of those who can't appreciate good music at an appropriate decibel for the environment. Unfortunately, this was off the charts. So loud that when the waitress came to take our order, she couldn't hear us. We resorted to pointed at items on the menu because no matter how close she got, she still couldn't hear. We sat there after our order for a minimum of 45 minutes when my teenage kids couldn't stand the noise any longer so we moved ourselves outside (even though it was sprinkling). We let our server & staff know. 45 minutes later (1.5 hours after we ordered) our food was delivered COLD. We never saw a wait person again. We had to find them to pay our bill. It was such a terrible visit that my family has banned us from returning, even though I promised them our first visit was great. read more

Was visiting from Florida and went to lunch here with my daughter and a friend. It started off good but then we noticed our food didn't show up. Waitress came back and said the ticket got lost, she took our order again, waited another 20 mins (by this time we have been here an hour and no it was not busy). My daughter walked in to check on our food (2 toasted pimento cheese sandwiches with fries and 5 wings with a side) we were told they would check on it. About 10 mins later the toasted sandwiches and wings came out. Sandwiches were room temperature. The pimento cheese was all over the plate, not even between the bread. And one sandwich and a portion of the bread missing on top half of the sandwich. No fries. Waitress said she was waiting on the fries. About 5ish mins later the fries came out. They were the only thing hot. Was such a disappointment. Walked away with 3/4 of the meal left on the table. Definitely not the quality or experience I expected. Hated even paying the bill. Certainly won't be on my list of places to go back to. read more
