I specifically asked for a quote on MY make and model car and they quoted 5 qts... Wait it gets better... They also charged me an extra $14.95 for an oil filter!! $3 for oil disposal and $1.99 for shop supplies. Never in my 20 yrs of driving and getting oil changes have I ever had to pay extra for a filter, shop supplies or to dispose of oil! THEY ONLY REVEALED ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE WHICH WAS DONE ON PURPOSE TO DECEIVE ME CONSIDERING THE OIL AND FILTER COSTS $38 BUCKS. So the original $74.95 turned into over $100 QUOTE YOUR CUSTOMERS ACCURATELY BEFORE YOU TOUCH THEIR CARS. Would have gotten 5 stars if I paid what was quoted. When I went to pick up my car from the shop after getting in oil change my total came out to $80 which I wasn't expecting at all I was still caught up on the $55 price that I was told when I called the previous day asking how much it would be. After a couple of months went by I called for an update and the phone was out of service. Called a couple more times that week and the phone was still out of service. My husband took a ride over to the shop and informed the owner that we just wanted the vehicle back. Jimmy informed my husband the vehicle would be back the next day and that we could pick it up. My husband went by the shop the next day and the vehicle was not back yet. My husband again informed the owner to please let us know when the vehicle would be back. A day later, my husband received a text asking for me to call Jimmy at a telephone number. When I called, Jimmy asked when I was picking up the vehicle and could I bring cash because he had bills to pay. I arrived two days later to pickup my vehicle and was advised the vehicle needed to go to the dealership. I paid the $800 cash Jimmy quoted and went to retrieve my vehicle. When I got to my vehicle, the battery was dead. My husband raised the roof to put the jumper cables on and that's when I noticed my hood had been bent backwards and was dented with paint missing in the stress areas. Jimmy swore he didn't do it, however, I left my vehicle in his care. He did not offer to replace the hood or give me any money back, so not only did I not have a fixed transmission I now also had a bent hood, missing paint, dead battery and was out $800.
