Online order 1. They…read moretook tax during an entire tax free week (7/31/21 - 8/9/21 in Florida) which I called to state this. At first, they told me it didn't count online. After they performed research they agreed. I asked if they would be returning the tax they collected to other customers. She said she would bring the matter up to her manager. I believe collecting tax on items covered under the tax free week is illegal. They sold out on many items. I can't even imagine how much money they have taken from customers during this week. I sincerely hope they return other customer's tax money. 2. They do not inform you if items will be missing from your order 3. They won't return your money if the carrier they choose loses the package 4. They can take a week to reply I highly suggest buying kissy kissy from saks, neimans, Bloomingdales. 100% Pima and amazing customer service .

I love Le Labo! The fragrances are such high-quality, they have a great variety of products, and…read morethe staff are super helpful. It is definitely very expensive (even for fragrances), so it's more of a treat than an everyday purchase. The bottles tell you the exact ingredients, which is awesome because you know what you're getting and that it's always quality. When you buy a perfume/cologne, they mix it fresh for you in the store immediately, and you can also create a custom label for free. It's cool to see. You can also refill bottles for 20% off. Le labo carries a line of "city exclusive" scents, meaning that the scent is only available in that city in-person. Every September, the scents are available everywhere. I would highly recommend going in September for the most options.

The employees go out of their way to get me my sizes and notify me if the inventory comes that I need a specific shoe or bag. I've noticed that their handbags/evening purses choices have increased in choices in this location. They are offering a lot more in discounts too. I see the additional 25-30 percent off a lot more throughout the year. I have bought a few handbags from them and the quality and craftsmanship is great. Their shoe area is what this store is about. They have all the heels or flats that a girl wants. I bought two new pairs of heels from them recently on my friends' wedding. Both pairs came so nicely wrapped. I totally recommend this shop and the employees are totally approachable and helpful. Shopped here multiple times for myself and my loved ones. ~
