The gentleman who worked with my daughter was very nice and asked her questions, watched her walk, checked to see what her arch type was and fitted her with sneakers. We also ended up getting her an arch support, as it turned out she is flat footed. As I sat there listening to all of the staff, they are all very thorough and want you to love your choice.
