A couple years ago, I purchased sneakers at this store for around $20. They were satisfactory. I…read morestill wear them regularly but they are worn down now. In December 2024, I returned and purchased a replacement pair of sneakers for around $20. Unfortunately, one sole broke off after only two months and the fabric of the other sole was giving out. Although I still had the receipt, I decided to throw that pair in the trash. Against my better judgment, I returned there on March 24, 2025. The male owner helped pick out my size sneakers for me. I tried them on, walked around for a minute, and thought they felt good. I paid the usual $20.20 for them. I asked the cashier "Dalilia" about their return policy. She might be the wife of the guy who helped select the shoes for me. She replied that they allow ten days to return. She mentioned nothing about their policy that the shoes not be worn. Well, technically, I became ineligible for a return by trying them on and walking in the store for a minute. I began wearing the sneakers a couple days later. Two days ago, I walked one or two miles in them. This afternoon, I noticed a small bruise on the back of my right foot. I concluded that the new sneakers caused it. Today, I noticed that my purchase was 9 days ago so barely within the 10 day period. This evening, I returned with the sneakers, receipt, and original box. I requested Dalila for an exchange to the next size up, from 9.5 to 10. She examined the sneakers and noticed they were worn. I acknowledged as much. I showed her my bruised foot. She refused my request for just an exchange on grounds that I had worn them! I then noted the sign behind her counter, confirming that "returns" only are accepted for unworn shoes. When I returned home, I noticed the receipt says "exchanges" only are for unworn shoes. I told her I no longer will patronize their store. She said nothing else and I left. She probably hears that several times per day. It's too bad as I live nearby. I am aware of the saying that "you get what you pay for." I guess I thought I might get lucky again like my first purchase there. Oh well. One star for inflexible policy.

Cheap perfumes, very good for gifting. unfortunately they didn't have it at the second time I went…read morethere (out of stock)

Go visit their extensive inventory in stock…read more Remember, ask for Scott and you won't be disappointed. With his personal service, he will find exactly what your looking for and more. Additionally, mostly all name brands have discount/close-out models - the equivalent of "outlet" pricing.

I've known about this business for many years and never went in. Recently my podiatrist diagnosed…read morethat I had hammer toes, and frankly I never heard that expression before. But the need to wear shoes or sneakers which were properly fit and allowed for sufficient room for my toes to be extended, and not crushed, was critical. She recommended Brandy's, stating that many of her clients had bought shoes there and had good reports. Now I know why. I met Scott over the phone, and he was most informative. I'm not sure if he owns or manages the business but do know he is quite knowledgeable and shares information freely when fitting you for the appropriate shoes. He is upbeat has a good sense of humor and those are good qualities. Don't be turned off my the "old feeling" of the interior of the business, or the run down appearance of the strip center. It is not reflected in their inventory and quality of their shoes and sneakers, and certainly not in the professionalism of their staff,!specifically, Scott. Check them out. You will not be disappointed.
