But I totally get what other reviewers said about Brian. I feel like he's a little over enthusiastic and willing to help in a good way but also one that could put some people off. When I walked in I was looking at the boxes for the type of Birkenstock I was looking for, and Brian basically dissuaded me from doing so and suggested that I grab a model from the wall and bring it to him for him to bring me a box from the back. I did that and Brian quickly brought me several boxes, and one of the boxes was my size. I actually really enjoyed that level of service and it made my shopping experience really quick. But I also knew what I type of sandal was looking for. I guess if you want to leisurely look around you might feel pressured by that.

Prices are on the high price end, and most of the sneakers are NOT discounted on Amazon. The store had a 50% clearance display with a variety of sneakers. Plenty of running gear and clothing offered throughout the store. Came here upon store opening on a Saturday and there was already a queue (it can get busy so be patient). Didn't wait long; So was browsing the store before I got called 5 minutes later. Matthew assisted me in getting my foot sized, come to find out I've been wearing the wrong size all my of my adulthood lol! And I knew my foot was wide and the test determined that was not a lie. Big foot alert. I got a wide foot so I need a wider toe box. He brought out 3 different options, Brooks, OnCloud, & Hokas. I ended up going with the Hokas over the Brooks (only because I like wild colors and only options available we're kind of boring, sucks to have wide feet I can't be included in on the fun color run lol) Hokas had a better colorway option available. Personally OnClouds felt very cheap to me and not natural if that makes sense? But I'm so glad Matthew was able to assist me and show me all the options to narrow things down in my head. Loved the store & the service. Would recommend anyone and everyone to come here to get your foot fitted even if you don't buy anything, it's totally free and knowledge is power!

So I stopped into Boca Cove Shoe to see if they could glue it better. When I stopped in the other day I was somewhat surprised that it was busy. The counter was full of mostly fancy girl shoes for repair. The nice lady with a bit of sass at the counter offered a better idea. "You know we could just sew them on and it would be much better". I had tried that at a dry cleaners but the said they couldn't do it. Well I said heck yeah. Cut to about a week or so later and I popped in. I was beyond happy. The bag looked so sharp, so professional that I was on cloud nine. We are going to 2 more parks this year, so it looks like I will be back very soon.

The rep walked me to the rear of the mega sized store and could not locate more that three size 13 sneakers and none Wide. This store and the other location in Hollywood are consistent in inventory but have different sneakers in their clearance area. I did find a pair of purple high top Reebok sneakers in size 13 at 50% off that sorta fit, although there were no laces to tie and with an air button that did not inflate and served no purpose except for aesthetics.
