The gentleman who worked with my daughter was very nice and asked her questions, watched her walk, checked to see what her arch type was and fitted her with sneakers. He brought out 3 different sneaker brands/styles and showed her how to properly make sure her foot was sitting correctly. She ultimately ended up with the Brooks and she was very happy. We also ended up getting her an arch support, as it turned out she is flat footed. As I sat there listening to all of the staff, they are all very thorough and want you to love your choice. They take their time with each customer. Highly recommend this location.

My husband tried on a pair of Hokas with inserts and walked around the store. He was amazed at how the shoes felt and said that it felt like he was walking on air. He wore them the next day to work and when he came home, he couldn't stop talking about how comfortable they were! Now he's telling his friends they should get Hokas, lol.

Worst retail experience I've ever had. I was shopping at the JD Sports in Broward Mall with my…read morepartner, my 13-year-old son, and my 4-year-old granddaughter, and the staff was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. Items clearly marked "on sale" rang up at full price. When I calmly asked for one item to be removed, the cashier became irritated and said the entire transaction had to be voided. A manager was called and was just as dismissive. While waiting, I stepped away from the register, yet another employee began yelling at me to "get out of her way," even though I wasn't blocking anyone. The manager witnessed this and did nothing. After the transaction was re-rung, I paid over $500 in cash. Staff carelessly shoved items into bags, leaving security sensors on multiple items, which caused the alarm to go off and forced us to return to the register **twice**. During this, one employee (Gabby) yelled at me repeatedly and even told me to "get the f*** out" from the back of the store--in front of my children. When I requested a refund, the manager (Ken) refused despite the receipt stating refunds are allowed within 45 days, offering only a gift card or another location. No apology was ever offered, and as we left, an employee yelled, "Don't come back." My son had been excited all week to shop here and left embarrassed and upset. Follow-up with management led to no resolution. This location is poorly managed, lacks basic customer service, and treats customers with open hostility. I will not return and strongly advise others to shop elsewhere. I ultimately left with the items only because they were purchased for my teenage son, who had been excited all week to shop at this store. Instead, he left embarrassed, upset, and blaming himself for what happened--something no child should ever experience because of adult employees' behavior. Two days later, I called the store and spoke with Vera who had advised me that Ken never even mentioned the incident to her. Vera told me I would need to come back in with all of the items if I wished to return them or price check for sales. I explained to her that money was never the issue and that bringing the items back would only further hurt my son who was excited to purchase them. So basically there was no resolution which further demonstrates the lack of accountability, consistency, and professionalism at this location. This store is clearly being run by immature and poorly trained individuals who lack basic customer service skills, professionalism, and common decency. An entire wall of big brand sneakers on the left side of the store including NIKE and NEW BALANCE. An exciting event transpired directly in front of me at the entrance of the store. The manager manually searched the personal back pack of an employee as he left the store. Very strict policy here but internal theft is probably rampant - I was very intrigued.

I also really enjoy that I am able to make returns to Amazon from this location (located on the second floor). What's cool is they usually give you a coupon to use when you're done, for a discount on a full priced item! Prices are reasonable and the seasonal area they have here is also a lot of fun to check out because they have something for everyone! I found myself with a gift card here so of course I had to come here. I won't go into the website experience because that had been an actual negative experience. This Plantation location has little merchandise in terms of women's clothing and shoes. Espwcially the shoes. This is what I wanted. The Sephora section was nice but I didn't need anything there. The Amazon return section had 17 customers in line. Downstairs there was one cashier to checkout for Kohls and this included Kphls returns. This didn't bother me because there was nothing for me to purchase.
