A pretty nice Kohls that is easy to go in and get lost sometimes lol! The place is massive and being two floors only makes it all the more reason to go and check it out. The location is always clean from the handful of times that I have come in and browsed around. The location is very easy to find and there is more than enough parking located in the front so I don't need to drive around the lot looking for a spot for too long, even on busier days such as the weekend! The staff is is friendly and that few times I have interacted with them, they get the job or question I have, answered very quickly. I also really enjoy that I am able to make returns to Amazon from this location (located on the second floor). What's cool is they usually give you a coupon to use when you're done, for a discount on a full priced item! Prices are reasonable and the seasonal area they have here is also a lot of fun to check out because they have something for everyone! There is definitely a wide selection of items in general at this location and that's what helps keep me coming back again and again! read more

Wow. This place is very annoying. It looks nice and wrll kept on the outside. Inside is a bit difficult. I mean, some departments are well organized. This is not a go to store for me. I found myself with a gift card here so of course I had to come here. I won't go into the website experience because that had been an actual negative experience. This Plantation location has little merchandise in terms of women's clothing and shoes. Espwcially the shoes. This is what I wanted. The Sephora section was nice but I didn't need anything there. The Amazon return section had 17 customers in line. Downstairs there was one cashier to checkout for Kohls and this included Kphls returns. This Kohl's location serves as an Amazon return location. I usually do a little shopping after completing a return to Amazon and the bonus is a discount coupon to use in store that day. Today I noticed the selection of Halloween Clearance on top of their usual clearance racks. They also have sticked all the Chistmas items. Everything from housewares decorations to ugly sweaters for the holiday events. The store was clean and well organized. The signage was good too. This department store carries everything from vacuums to baby clothing and a little of everything in-between. read more

Sadly this location has cut back inventory to almost nothing upstairs for housewares. You know they must be getting ready to close this location. Also the worst is merging the kohls checkout with the Amazon returns. I'm a paying customer and have to wait now for non customers figuring out their Amazon returns. It was way more convenient when it was separated. Kolhs should merge with other retailers to fill in the space. Bring back the Sears style of stores. read more

I came here for an Amazon return on a Saturday before 10 am. I didn't experience any problems or have to wait in a line. The process was very quick and easy. On the day that I went, they were handing out Instant Kohl's Cash for $5 as you walked in the door. For returning an Amazon purchase, I received a coupon for an extra 15% off for Kohl's purchases and another coupon for an extra 10% off for Sephora purchases. Another Kohl's big box clothing store hoping this one was not in disarray. Aisle after aisle of clothing which was noticeably well stocked. A vast selection of Haggar men's suits and long sleeve shirts. My hunt today was for the graphic tees logo shirts at $12.99 which is a phenomenal deal. Also, with a store coupon they offer an additional 25% off. The Fireball shirt was a 60% - 40% blend which is good since it won't shrink. In my shopping experience, if the shirt is 100% cotton it becomes a belly half shirt in a few washes, and yes even in cold water. Needed a 3XL which is an uncommon size but it allows it to shrink up one size. Good selection on costume jewelry and Under Armour caps at 25% off but still expensive at $25.00. The women's section had a massive clearance sale up to 70% off. No purchase today. read more

My teen is becoming quite the gamer. One of her Fortnite skins is a monkey, and the other character she likes from anime is Lightning Blade (I probably got that wrong). The vinyl figure was out of stock, so I found a really cute sock monkey and a few other things. Since they offer curbside, I went right after work, picked a spot, clicked "I'm Here," and not even 5 minutes later, the store associate came out with my bag. All I had to do was tell her my name. A few days later, I went back to look for some clothes. I snapped photos for my daughter but she didn't like anything!! Oh well--I try. Manager is very nasty! I was told earlier that week I would be able to make a return for a hair product in Sephora even though I lost the receipt & that all I'd have to do is have someone pull up my Sephora and Kohl's account for the refund. Once I made my way to the Sephora for the return, the young lady at the register said she needed a manager and called over a manager who has been rude to me in the past. This manager claimed whoever told me what they did on the phone was wrong and that they could not process a return without a receipt. Once she finally agreed to check my account and ask for my information she then claimed she did not see the purchase which I believe to be untrue since I literally just purchased from this Sephora in this Kohl's the prior week and have proof of it when I log in to my Sephora account. Kohl's seems to be the only place that has jeans that fits me right and is affordable. They're always having sales and specials. I bought a couple of jeans for $20 each. My husband scored on some khakis for $17. When you spend a certain amount, they give you Kohl's cash. We got $20! Whoohoo, a free pair of pants for me. I came back the next week since you could only spend it on certain dates. Got my pair of pants, they were $25 that week I went, but still, almost free. The store is similar to other Kohl's, nothing special that pops out. Although, this is my go to and the employees were friendly. The dressing rooms and aisles were clean. I usually never wander this far when I shop but there's at Joann's fabric at this shopping center so I come from time to time. I have seen these Kohl's before but having one so close to me at the mall I never feel the need to come in. I thought about coming to check this place out. I have to say that I liked it very much. For one thing it was extremely neat, everything was nicely folded by size and color coordinated and they had nice displays. I browsed their fashion jewelry department for the longest time and I just couldn't decide on what to get because everything was so pretty I ended up getting a couple of nice bracelets. Comparing apples to apples this place would compare to a Sears or JCPenney but this particular store looked a lot more elevated. If I ever see something I must absolutely have from a Kohls catalog I will take the drive to this location rather than going to the one five minutes from me by foot. I didn't deal with many sales associate but the ones I dealt with we were quite courteous and the lady at the jewelry counter was very helpful even though she knew I wasn't in the market for fine jewelry. I am only giving them four stars because I did not see the restrooms or did not try any clothes on to see how the fitting room situation is, bit judging by everything else, it should be good. read more

Came here to do an Amazon return since they partnered up or whatever. There was 3 other people ahead of me and it took forever for them to be serviced. Listen Kohl's if you want people to continue coming here for Amazon returns get your stuff together and get them in an out. I could've went to UPS to drop my package off since it's right up the block from me but I wanted to give you guys a try. I tried to select an item at the jewelry counter but other customers filed up in line behind me and piled their merchandise on the counter such that I couldn't see the selections under the glass. I was looking for a men's jewelry item and they piled their stuff on the counter so I was prevented from seeing the selection. I know it wasn't done on purpose by the lady behind me trying to buy perfume but the check out system is lousy. I ordered my items on May 17th and was tracking it daily. After never receiving my package I spoke with a virtual assistant from Lasership and got no results. I then spoke with another virtual assistant from Kohls because the status shows it was returned to sender. Instead of re-sending my package they want to refund my money. I told the assistant I don't want my money but rather the items I ordered. They said I can order it again but did not offer free shipping and handling. Since Kohl's moved into the Fountains Mall in Plantation, I have only been there about 3 times. The best buys I have found were with children's clothes and women's petite jeans. And, I love the holiday stuffed animals that they sell each year for charity. (Peanuts items are my favorite!) Last week I went in (at the urging of a co-worker) to find some gold earrings for my nieces. They were 60% off, with an additional 20% off on jewelry, and yet another 25% friends and family discount on everything in the store. I left with 5 pairs of earrings (1-14kt. and 4-10kt. for about $230), a $5 stuffed elephant, a $5 stuffed giraffe, and I signed up for a rewards card. I will be going back this week to spend the $40 Kohl's cash I earned. It is only worth it if you shop the sales and earn and use Kohl's cash. read more

This particular Kohl's is exactly as one would expect with the usual merchandise, set-up and deals. I'm not a huge fan but do have luck with kids. On this occasion, I was doing a return. I walked up to the cashier only to be told they don't take the returns and I'd have to go upstairs to customer service. This didn't make me happy as it felt like an attempt to make the return more unpleasant than it had to be. I made my way upstairs and found the customer service area empty with an employee. She was actually nice and by herself... maybe she was waiting for someone to talk to. lol The counter was a little cluttered but not beyond acceptable... unless it's my counter. I have never shopped here or any other Kohl's until recently and I love it! The associates are super nice and helpful. I don't like shopping in places that dont take care of fitting rooms and this store is quite the opposite!!! Every room was clean and nothing looked as if no one cared. I most love the fact that the hangers appropriately display the size of the item I am looking at/for, I can't stand to find a large hanger on a small garment!!!! I absolutely Love Kohls and this location...I never knew about it till last year. Wow! Not only can I get all my men's clothes, but I can get high quality woman's clothing for my wife for a great price! They have great Gifts also..like perfumes watches etc...and coupons! It reminds me of all I liked about retro dept. stores like Burdines I find the selection much better than Othe dept. stores like Burlington and more. Also..it's organized very well and neat and they have a clearance section that's epic! I think the people that left bad reviews are totally wrong! Standard Kohl's location with all of the usual products. Store appeared pretty organized and the employees we encountered were all very friendly and helpful especially our cashier! The only confusing part was when we were trying to look for shoes we assumed it would be on the first floor with the women's clothing but found them on the second. I'm assuming there's a sign somewhere in the store describing what's on each floor, but it would be helpful to have one by the escalators. They had a good amount of sales going on which was perfect for holiday shopping and you gotta love the kohl's cash back. read more

I came into this store very briefly and left very briefly: but I won't be returning. I came in specifically because according to the website they had the pink Fitbit wristbands in stock, and I found a 15% off coupon which would make it $85. Kohls runs coupons all the time so I decided to go this route since even My trusty Amazon was listing them for $100 and I would have to wait for shipping. So I gave this a try. I went in the front door of the store and found it within a minute. I walk up to the sales lady who offers to check me out and ask if I can use my coupon. Not only does she rudely tell me no without even asking me what coupon it was (kohls gets almost all their business from coupon sales), she informed me they had NO active sales or coupons. One-I find this hard to believe. Two-I have had kohls employees accept expired coupons (it wasn't: it was from retail me not) and three-even if it wasn't going into work often they will offer you SOME discount in order to save the sale. She saw that I was pissed because I clearly stated that it was poor business practice to put deals on 3rd party sites then not accept them. However-she instead offered to void the transaction instead of trying to make me happy. The only reason I walked out with the item was that it's too much of a hassle for me to wait on Amazon right now even though Amazon has stellar customer service. However I did get one of those surveys that printed on my receipt and I will be filling it out even though I generally never do. But the likelihood of me coming back here isn't high. read more

This Kohl's seems to be smaller than your typical Kohl's as is its parking lot. In the home section, there's an absence of many of my homegirl Vera Wang's towels and stuff. The store staff was flabbergasted at this strange phenomenon. Customers are typical South Florida: All with complicated purchases that take, on average, 5.349 minutes per item if they're buying 1-5 items, 7.768 minutes for 6+ items. For this particular location, staff and cashiers are friendly. There is always plenty of registers open. Even the longest of lines go down very quickly. As for the Kohl's stores in general, I think they are overpriced. Don't bother shopping here for a bargain if you don't have coupons! The plus side is during sales you can still use your coupons. The Manager on the morning shift was not veteran friendly. I visited this store between 10am-12pm on veterans day 11/11/2020. I was denied of the veterans day discount and was embarrassed. I provided my veteran Identification multiple times. I usually shop at this store and never had an issue. It was my favorite store until the new manager denied my veteran status. I would avoid her at all cost. I did not purchase the air fryer and waffle maker. I could not understand how she became a manager. She did not want me as a customer in her store. Don't know what change, but always felt Kohl's had good customer service ... where they went out of their way to make customers happy.... but lately they don't care... and they don't want to make you happy. Was so excited to buy some suits for my son's at Kohls. Downloaded the app in the store. Unfortunately, Kohl's corporate is very slow to get everything in order and I was not able to get the discount I was promised on the app as well as online. They offered me to stand in line for a very long time to return and void everything. Unfortunately I needed the items and was unable to get my discount and had to buy everything full price. This store has the worst customer service of any store I have ever been in. This morning I was trying to return an item and pick up an item I bought online - no one was in front of me and it took over 20 minutes because 1st the cashier was joking and talking with another worker - I was trying to ask a question before the return was completed but she just ignored me when I was trying to ask the question. Then before we even got to move on to the pick up she started answering the store phone and chatting with people non-stop - she never asked anyone to hold until she finished with a customer - she literally took 7 calls - even though I was the first customer there, I got taken care of last - phone came first. Plus the Kohl's cash thing is a huge rip off... I bought curtains got $20 in Kohl's cash and my husband spent on shorts. Then I bought clothes and got another $20 in Kohl's cash. I returned the curtains and they deducted the $20 due to Kohl's cash - they wouldn't credit it with the new Kohl's cash - even got the manager who basically said tough, it's the way it works. So I was like fine, I'm returning the shorts - but they refused to give me my money back because they said I got them free - I said you deducted that from return, so I did pay for these - but they refused to give me money back - they literally stole $20 from me. I have usually liked Kohl's but...went on a Tuesday night before Black Friday not for super savings but to find some clothes for a new foster child. There was NO ONE to help I had to find a person stocking Christmas items who told me there should be a lady around somewhere...he was nice but knew nothing about kids clothes. The kiosk told me the suit was discontinued .I liked a pair of Vera wang shoes...nope no 8 no 8 1/2 no one to assist. I liked a shirt I saw in ladies would have bought a few colors my size???? Nope, not even close 0nly extra large. I mentioned to the cashier the lack of staff and inventory she asked me what specifically. So I told her hand she stared at me blankly . No - I'm sorry no-maybe you should speak to a manager . I had just spent 300$. But if I make the effort to go to a store instead of amazon I expect service and selectionif I'm ordering from a kiosk why am I driving to kohl's because I need it today. Does anyone remember Mervyn's? It was a mid-price department store that tried to be cooler than JcPenney and Sears, but definitely was no Burdines (RIP). Kohl's definitely reminds me of Mervyn's. You want to find something there and everything at first glance looks really good, but when you dig a little deeper, you discover there is no difference between Kohl's and Kmart. I mainly looked at the women's clothing. I liked the Vera Wang Collection but it seemed overpriced - I know that Vera Wang is a major designer, but there is no reason for me to believe that she had anything to do with the collection. Also, the quality of the clothes were standard. Similarly, with the rest of the name brand collections - Elle and Daisy Fuentes - something was always a little bit off. Maybe it was the cut, the color, the pattern, but nothing excited me there. One thing I do like about Kohl's is the shoe collection - it was pretty extensive. I shop at Kohl's primarily for apparel. The clothes can be quite expensive if you purchase them at the regular price, but I often get good deals shopping their clearance selection and using Kohl's cash. I love Lauren Conrad's collection and can usually find my size (4/6) in stock. The store is always clean, and I usually do not have to wait very long in line for the cashiers. The only negative is that parking can sometimes be difficult, as it is located in a plaza near a Joann's and Dollar Tree. read more

So I will start by saying that I normally do not shop at Kohl's stores and this was my first time in this location and let me tell you it will be my last. The employee that I encountered was so rude, it upsets me just thinking about it. So my best friend and I went in there to look for dresses for a wedding last week. It was maybe a half an hour before closing and the store was pretty much empty. I found a dress and decided to go try it on, my friend wanted to go with me and see it. Mind you it is almost closing and the store is empty.....so we went in the large fitting room so we could try the dress on together. We let ourselves in because there was no employees to be found on the floor in the area (no big deal). After I have already tried on the dress and I am putting my clothes back on someone starts banging on the door and yelling that this is a fitting room for handicapped people only and I needed to get out now. I thought maybe it was a handicapped person who needed to use the room so I apologized and came out as soon as possible. To my surprise it was an employee who proceeds to yell at us as we exit the room. She says " there are other rooms you could have chose and you went in the handicapped one! You are not allowed in there!" ....now at this point I am in such shock that the employee is literally yelling at us that my response is "excuse me?". She begins again and I actually had to cut her off and tell her that she was out of line and disrespectful. I have worked in retail for 6+ years of my life and would never raise my voice to a customer like that (no matter how much I wanted to, especially if they did nothing wrong to you). As she attempted to justify her anger I asked her where the manager was and she would not tell me the location, just pointed to the other end of the store and said "over there somewhere". At this time we my friend had gotten a phone call and we had to leave to go pick up her child. I wanted to speak with a manager very badly and was unable to but i decided as I was leaving that I would never be returning to this location again. There was NO ONE around to direct me to my "correct" fitting room and then one someone comes around they yell at me because they were not doing their job? Please.....I give this store a 0% satisfaction rating and they can think the older woman by the fitting rooms in the women's section who I unfortunately did not get a name for. =] read more
