Buyer beware.
We…read morehired Klass Kitchens after the contractor we originally hired was unable to build our slim shaker cabinet doors. Rudy, the owner, came to our home, confidently assured us he could fix the problems, and spoke as though this project would be simple for his company.
Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened.
Throughout the project, every issue was blamed on the previous contractor. While it's true he inherited someone else's work, his solution was not to fix the problems--it was to create new ones.
The workmanship was unacceptable.
* Drawers cannot support the weight of a normal set of dinner plates because they come off their tracks.
* The appliance garage is not functional.
* Our utensil drawer was never completed because we were literally told, "I've never built one before."
The most frustrating part was the complete lack of follow-through.
Although Rudy was paid in full, he never finished the job. For months, every phone call was met with another excuse. One week it was delays from fixing the previous contractor's mistakes. The next it was staffing issues. The final excuse was that he was moving his warehouse and didn't have anyone available to finish the remaining work.
At some point, excuses stop mattering. Results are what count.
We spent a substantial amount of money expecting professional craftsmanship, quality installation, and dependable customer service. Instead, we were left with an unfinished kitchen, defective cabinetry, and no accountability after payment was received.
We rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience cost us significant time, money, and frustration. If you're considering Klass Kitchens, I strongly recommend hiring someone else. I only wish someone had warned us before we made the same mistake.
