Buyer beware. We hired Klass Kitchens after the contractor we originally hired was unable to build our slim shaker cabinet doors. Rudy, the owner, came to our home, confidently assured us he could fix the problems, and spoke as though this project would be simple for his company. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened. Throughout the project, every issue was blamed on the previous contractor. While it's true he inherited someone else's work, his solution was not to fix the problems--it was to create new ones. The workmanship was unacceptable. * Drawers cannot support the weight of a normal set of dinner plates because they come off their tracks. * The appliance garage is not functional. * Our utensil drawer was never completed because we were literally told, "I've never built one before." The most frustrating part was the complete lack of follow-through. Although Rudy was paid in full, he never finished the job. For months, every phone call was met with another excuse. One week it was delays from fixing the previous contractor's mistakes. The next it was staffing issues. The final excuse was that he was moving his warehouse and didn't have anyone available to finish the remaining work. At some point, excuses stop mattering. Results are what count. We spent a substantial amount of money expecting professional craftsmanship, quality installation, and dependable customer service. Instead, we were left with an unfinished kitchen, defective cabinetry, and no accountability after payment was received. We rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience cost us significant time, money, and frustration. If you're considering Klass Kitchens, I strongly recommend hiring someone else. They advertise beautiful bathroom cabinets and sinks at great prices online but when you call to verify or get a specific price, they won't give it to you over the phone and say you have to come down to the showroom... Their costumer service is horrible. Jackie Gutierrez (an owner and manager) is rude by not wanting to give specifics on items because "she's too busy and their warehouse is too big". She must be to stupid to just look it up! They do not ship which is unacceptable and unheard of in this day and age. No CLASS at KLASS. Bait & Switch policy. We have purchased a few vanities from Klass over the last several years for personal use. While we are not big spenders, we are loyal and recommend the store at every opportunity. Fast forward to the major rain event we experienced in south FL a couple months back. We are in the property management business and a 2 story building in Broward had all 4 first floor units get flooded. lost all kitchen and bathroom cabinets, drywall, a mess. We find ourselves in need of 8 bathroom vanities, so where do we go - to Klass of course. Our first look is on a Saturday, prices a little higher than we recalled, but still found a unit that would work nicely. Since we are getting 8 at once, surely a bulk discount is appropriate. Our sales rep inquires on our behalf and comes back with a slightly discounted offer, (nothing grand on an 8k purchase, but something) This is literally our first look at vanities and since prices in general were higher than expected, we needed a little time to play with numbers since this was a big project. Within 24 hours we were on board, called the store and let our rep know we would be back on Wednesday to complete the transaction. My husband shows up Wednesday, card in hand, and is told by ALBERT HERRERA, owner and professional scammer, that the discount was good Saturday only, though that was not disclosed on Saturday. Today $50 more times 8. with customers in earshot and our sales rep trying desperately to sink into the floor, this business owner just basically slapped my husband in the face and raped him in public. What a shining example of customer service let alone common decency and certainly not an ounce of humanity. In fact reeks of SWINE! Lucky for Albert I did not accompany my husband on Wednesday and he was so exasperated with the idea of having to do more shopping and searching he just surrendered and allowed the assault. paid the extra $400 because that was certainly going to make or break ALBERT's day. PLUS a credit card fee. Appalling human being, we understand there is a constant turnover of staff, which does not surprise us. I can only hope the young lady who helped us on that Saturday has moved on. She was patient & charming, Klass does not deserve to have an employee with those qualities. I have waited to post this as i knew i would be too emotional to write it immediately after the transaction. I would avoid Klass at all costs, nothing in that store is worth dealing with such an unethical individual. read more

These people don't know how to do business and don't care for laws of fair dealing and practices--this is the UNITED STATES, people. They also sell cheap, apparently no-brand Chinese products with no quality standards or assurance (according to the owner himself, who was upset when we even inquired about manufacturing warranties for manufacturing defects). When my mother said she did not want to buy a toilet anymore, the owner had the audacity to try to charge my mother a restocking fee when she was still in the store WHEN SHE HAD NOT EVEN TAKEN INITIAL DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT OR EVENT INSPECTED it. He then refused to let her take the toilet altogether. We had to place a call to the police. To add insult to injury, he also tried to REFUSE TO SPEAK TO MY MOTHER AND MY (FEMALE) FIANCE, OPENLY SAYING THAT HE WOULD ONLY SPEAK TO MY STEPFATHER BECAUSE HE IS A MAN AND THIS WAS NOT A WOMAN'S BUSINESS. He openly refused to deal with his customers on the basis of sex/gender. Unbelievable. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission and will be doing everything within my power so that this business gets sanctioned. The toilets I bought from Him did not work for me because the flushing mechanism is above and I have a Banjo Top, he refused to refund the item, even though the Toilet was still in an unopened Box. The only two people there offered a good service they don't deserve this hate in my opinion,I mean don't get me wrong they need an Air Conditioning Unit.But overall one of the staff offered me a cold fresh water too. Came in to see shower supplies with my wife. Customer service was horrible. We asked fora price on a shower head supply and he told us it's $300 right now but if you leave and come back it will be for $375. We felt profiled by the fact that we look young and he had the nerve to say I see you guys looking just to let you know these are $300 and the shower backstage in the back are $1k. My wife which is 13weeks pregnant ask what's the name of the manufacture and his mood changed drastically to the point where we just left and I said to him this might be the reason why you have no one in your store on a Saturday because of poor customer service. However, the customer is the one who will pay. Whatever you (customer) WANT to do, there is always going to be a "NO, that cannot be done". Really? Are you (Albert) paying for what YOU want to do at my house? No, that is not the case. I am paying for whatever I want to do. I am open to opinions and suggestions in an educated manner. Jobs done in bathrooms and kitchens are not cheap. Therefore, it is a business relationship that needs to be built from day one. Otherwise, it is not going to work. I had custom made vanities; the workmanship was OK, it could have been done better. The stone had several scratches. I was told that the vanities were going to be done in one week; well it took 8 weeks for them to be ready. Also, I asked for a back splash, after I had the vanities because I wanted the same stone to match. This time they told me it would be ready in one week. Well, we are the end of the month of January and has been 6 weeks since I ordered. They do not call the customer to apologize or explain the delay....This is poor. I rate them 2 because I like the vanities but in customer service they do not have CLASS!! read more

I purchased a kitchen faucet for $125. The spout broke so I called to buy a replacement spout. I was told "we don't sell parts" so I asked where can I order the replacement part from. The answer was they are generic faucets from China so there is no parts available for them. I have to throw away my $125 faucet. The guy I spoke to said that he bought a car that was discontinued and he can't get parts for it either. The difference is that they still have this product for sale and it has not been discontinued. I spoke to Albert about 4 days before going physically into the store. I made sure that the price stated on the website was what I would be paying once at the store. When I got to the store they wanted to raise the price $100 per vanity (I wanted 2 vanities) because according to Albert the ceramic sinks were not included in the price when it clearly states in the website that they are included. So he removed one of the $100 but said the other one would be an additional $50. I tried to tell him to look at the website that I had pulled up on my phone but he would not let me speak and spoke over me constantly. I said I couldn't believe he would let a sale go for $50 and not honoring what the website clearly stated. I know $50 isn't a lot of money but it's the principle. As a business you have to honor what you advertise! He then proceeded to tell me that the prices changed yesterday. How convenient! read more
