Went down to the store the last week by recommendation of a friend. I needed a gift for my long-term best friend's Birthday and expressed how much this gift would mean to me. The staff was super friendly and assisted me with choosing the best crystals that my photo would look good on. Not only did they produce the crystals in a timely manner, but they also came in a nice box that the crystal can be preserved in if moving. Such great attention to detail! Placed a order with these guys for Christmas and let them know the date needed they agreed that it would be done the following week for pickup. Tried calling 5 times no answer twice I was able to leave a voice mail days later no call was returned. Drove back to the place on the day I was told it would be ready for pickup and was told it was not ready and they could mail it to me when it was ready. At this point and did not trust them getting it to me in time I requested a refund hopefully they will do what they this time I do not recommend this business due to they do not do what they say they will do and they don't answer the phones. read more

I placed an order on Monday for my husbands birthday, I had submitted a few photos and the employee had given me some suggestions as to which shapes would compliment the photo. Horrible company, sat on my order for 3 days before shipping (non customized, non engraved stock art) before shipping, they said free shipping, then charged me for shipping, they said it would be her by 2/12 because I paid extra for delivery BEFORE valentines day, its valentines day and nobody knows where my order is...wrote e mail and got a snippy response that i should have paid even more (like $60 for shipping) if I wanted it on time...lousy company, lousy attitude, slow shipping and response...I cant comment on the quality of the item because, as noted, no one knows WHERE it is.. read more

3D Laser Gifts had a Groupon for $20 for "One Small Personalized Crystal Tower with One Figure" (https://www.groupon.com/deals/3d-laser-gifts-174-seattle) However, this product wasn't available when I went to purchase, instead only the Extra Large size was available ($130 more than the product I was set to purchase). When I contacted their customer service, they said the size that was available for my Groupon was "out of stock" and would be available in maybe 5 weeks. They really thought I would be fine with waiting an extra 5 weeks for something that costs $20. After telling them how ridiculous that was, instead of offering something else to put the Groupon towards, they blamed Groupon and did not take any responsibility for the product they were promoting on Groupon being out of stock. read more

I purchased mine through groupon & I am SO disappointed in 3D Laser Gifts. First off, it did state that shipping is not included in the groupon price and that it starts at $4.99, so I made sure to check out their website to see how much shipping was. When calculating delivery time, remember all orders have a 2-3 business day processing time in addition to the UPS shipping time. I don't know why Helen's review is not recommended! What she has to say is very valid, even if Groupon was used! My wife used the Groupon deal too, but it's 3D Laser who needs to fulfill their promises! When my wife call 3D Laser to place her order, I was listening to the convo on speaker phone. My wife had paid for a 4" cube on Groupon, then had to call 3D Laser to discuss the inscription etc. When the lady answered the phone, she explained that the 4" cubes were already sold out, but they would upgrade the prepaid order to a larger rectangular glass shape and also add a light base at no extra charge. Since the photo of my wife and recently departed sister was laid out in a horizontal fashion, I thought the new shape would work better anyway. I can't remember the date, which my wife called, but to pay for expedited shipping for CHRISTmas delivery, was not worth the cost and that the delivery date would be three days after Christmas. Surprisingly, the gift was sent a couple of days before Christmas anyway! When my wife has called, she spent several minutes revising the inscription, so it would all fit onto the new shape. One of the words my wife wanted on the glass was "magnificence." She asked the lady if she needed the spelling, but she was told it wasn't necessary. However, after speaking with the order taker after a few minutes, she did offer again, which was a good idea, as they had misspelled it. So, my wife spelled it it out and she was told all of her words could be accommodated. On Christmas Eve, when my mother-in-law opened her gift, I didn't notice the gross error, as I was focusing on three image quality, but 3D Laser has put "mag..." on the glass, instead of spelling out the word! When the inscription had been emailed to my wife, it was correct. But, the finished product did not! When wife called today, they asked her if the inscription had been legible or not! I could not believe it! Anyway, they are supposed to fix their mistake, but so far, I am not not impressed! More to follow, if they don't fix this! Jan. 15, 2107: My wife called and spoke to the same person, who took the original order. He had written the message correctly, but the engravers did not look at his instructions and did as stated above. However, the correction was made and reshipped with lightening speed. I have placed several orders with 3D Laser Gifts over the last 2.5 years and I have not been disappointed. I use Groupon wonderful offers for 3D Laser Gifts. I am presently waiting on an order I placed last week for a funeral. I pray it arrives in time. If it does not arrive in time, it is not 3D Laser Gifts fault because I just placed the order last Friday. However, when I checked the status of my order online, it does show it has already shipped and my order is complete. From previous experience, my purchased orders arrived quick and the orders were accurate and of good quality. I pray 3D continues to provide my family with quick, accurate, and quality services when we place orders in the future. read more

This company has been AWFUL to work with. It has been WEEKS and I still don't have a finished proof. (As in the example art...I'm not saying I don't have the product yet, it is worse than that, I don't even have a finished proof yet.) The photoshop work that they have shown me has been the sloppiest and laziest work that I have ever seen. I was ordering these for a memorial for a relative who passed away. We have now missed the memorial completely. At this point I am shooting for the trip to see my family in Dec, but they are probably going to miss that too. Every time the send me a proof picture and I send it back for a change they start over from scratch so the earlier things that were already changed are gone. It has been the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced from a personalization company, especially since most of my comments are "Make it like the ornament you show on your website." read more

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. I purchased a Groupon and then placed my order with 3D Laser on 11/28. After two weeks I checked on the order and the website said my order was on hold. I sent an email asking why and what needed to be done. I received an automated reply saying I would receive a response from Customer Service within 48 hours. I did not. I emailed again. No response. I checked my spam to make sure it wasn't going there...but nothing. At this point I am starting to panic since this was two Christmas gifts. I called and got voice mail. I left a message and received no call back. i I kept checking but they continued saying it was on hold. On 12/24 I sent another email cancelling the order and asking for a refund as well as another request for the reason my order is still on hold. Right away I receive an email saying "sorry to see you go, a refund for shipping will be issued and should be in your account within 6 days". Well it still isn't there and I have never received a reason why it was ever on hold. If Groupon is the issue then they shouldn't be a part of Groupon. If they received too many orders they should at least respond. I order several personalized items, including engraving every year. This is by far the worst I have ever used. I will never ever ever use them again and have cautioned all my friends. I went on Facebook and put this same review but they have removed it. Shows you what a dishonest company they are. Run don't walk away from this horrible company. Just checked their website. They have not cancelled the order, they still have it on hold. Ridiculous! read more

I agree with everything Helen said I ordered my gift in November and still have not received it as of December 23 I got my shipping confirmation yesterday and it still has not even been picked up by the courier there's no way I'll get this in time for Christmas horrible customer service I recommend you go elsewhere there's a lot of other companies out there that do the same thing.
