Just had correspondence with Gary (sales rep at 352.674.8460) who is the sales rep at A Better…read moreBlind Co out of Miami. We are designing a home in The Villages and wanted to see how easy or difficult it would be to deal with any future issues that come up with these blinds (i.e. buy replacements or etc). Let me tell you, this company's customer service is rude and the "sales" rep Gary refused to tell me which companies sell these blinds in The Villages - which would've helped me to find a dealer right away instead of searching and calling all the suppliers in this area. Rather he said I could send an email and wait 48 hours to find out the answer to my rather simple question. I asked if I could talk to the person who answers the emails and he said no. Additionally: yesterday (Dec 3rd 2018) I called and asked to talk with a sales rep at A Better Blind. I was transferred to Gary's voicemail which said to leave a message and he'd get back to me, left my message but he never got back to me. After talking to Gary today, I can see the level of service this company has. So buyer beware purchasing these blinds. When we meet with the home builder - which is the home builder who builds all the designer homes in this area, you can be sure that I'm going to tell them about this experience so we can find out if others also have had such terrible customer and sales service from a supplier. This sales rep couldn't even tell me what companies sell his company's blinds in this area. Some "sales" rep.

Earlier this year I brought a version of the last supper which my family has had for decades which the actual last supper was made out of silver and had been brought from Portugal. The original wood frame around it had been severely damaged in the move and I was devastated. I brought it in and they reframed the silver place by putting around it this beautiful espresso wood. It looked even better than the original! Love this place! Wish it wasn't so far away from my new home!
