The Colts neck library is located on the campus of the town hall and the police station in rather a…read more bucolic area. Very pretty setting, something out of Better Homes & Gardens. The physical plant itself is rather small and could easily be expanded with all the real estate there. The staff seemed friendly. And instructed me to go downstairs because I was attending a concert/presentation of musical composers. The presentation was excellent but the library seriously lacked modern technology. And as a result the presenter told us of the mechanical problems in his introduction. But it all worked out for the best possible means. In a town as affluent as Colts neck, one would think that a public facility would be on top of their "game". Not the case.
