Monkeys tires are not suitable for their line of work. They put families at risk by not completing their work appropriately. The lift kits are not secured properly and they do not check all components connected to the drive line that will be affected by the lift. We have a tired hub break while driving the second time after getting the truck back because they did not secure it correctly. We could have all died on the freeway. Then we towed the truck back to them to find out they are not responsible even though it's their work. They say they would fix it and ordered the part but upon picking up the truck snap crackle pop the same part broke again. They never fixed the broken part merely did a cheap weld and now stranded on the side of the road. Not only did they break my truck but rummaged through all my stuff and stole items from the compartments. This business should not be in business. read more

I buy all of my tires from them from vehicles to trailer tires. They're super quick, great prices and friendly staff.

This place honestly blows. Talked up a big game on social media while trying to schedule an appt. After a couple of days waiting for my tires to be in stock. Travelled over and hour to get there for them not to be in stock. After showing them the employee I was talking with they took nothing serious. While talking with them they had no problem just getting up and walking away to talk with other employees while trying to talk with them. After reading all the shit reviews I'm happy I didn't buy anything there. read more

Finally come to the shop snd never had the blacks just bronze and didn't have 20's in nether the less in satin black. Worst service I've experienced and a waste of drive and time. On top of that, there service isn't great, we're asking questions and they answer quick walk away leave, then come back. I saw reviews before the drive there and believe them. Smh waste of time and bs all around. Do not recommend at all. read more

Worst experience ever!! Do not go here!! Owner is very aggressive!! They have the worst organization, they don't know their own inventory (looked for an hour for a few sets of rims and tires), only 1 person speaks English (she's not always available and blows you off with short vague answers) the rest are rude and just walk away when you ask them something because they don't understand. Still we pushed through. After waiting already over an hour I went to ask how much longer. Vague "not much longer" response. So I go to Facebook and leave a review about it. She comes up to talk and when I explain about "not much longer" she says it's another 40min and she didn't do anything wrong. I ask to talk to the owner. He comes up and takes my picture and just walks away. Lady says we took her picture, a complete lie. Wouldn't talk to us, called me Karen on the Facebook review, called me a white blonde (when I'm not). The worst! Their explaination for the wait was getting the tires to fit on the wheels and had to find them. It doesn't take over 2 hours to find and stretch tires on a rim read more

This has to be the worst tire shop in the valley I ordered a set of really expensive and reliable tires after dropping my truck off for about 1-2 hours I come back to my truck with the completely different tires then I had asked and paid for when talking with the manager Mario who is a fucking joke all he had was nothing but fucking excuses and told me he wouldn't A refund me after showing him where they messed up at and showed my receipt of my purchase and B wasn't gonna put the tires I had paid for on so Mario I hope when u read this u see I'm suing the fuck out of u and your company this business is a joke and horrible customer service DONT USE THERE SERVICES IT IS A SCAM !! read more

We paid for a set of tires the day before and they said they would have the tires that same day by 4pm. When we came back the next day they did not have the tires and they refused to do a refund and were laughing at us for being upset. When we went out to call the card company they later came out and said they COULD do the refund. They are unreliable. They claim to be one of the best tire stores in the area. DO NOT COME HERE. I wouldn't of given them any starts but the app does not allow. read more

I don't know where to start and I wish I didn't have to select any star because this place is worthless, they THINK THEY KNOW what there talking about but they don't! You will be fuckd over and they just want you to pay extra money for shit they can't simply do right! The manager isn't even helpful they just will tell you they will fix the issue and they don't. I bought tires and rims and the tires were rubbing the plastic that protects under the truck, so they suggested we buy a leveling kit to fix the issue so I did that then took it back a second time. Come to find out that didn't fix the problem. Lady manager ended up telling me they didn't place the correct one for my Dodge Ram. So they order supposedly the correct one I take it back again to get the right one placed. And they damaged my trucks side rail step with the Jack . I will never go back and I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO! They don't take care of there customers they just want your money. read more

Basicly i walked into this shop and I told the person I dont know alot about what rims will and will not fit on my truck and I explained I want the most aggressive looking tire and rim package that will not rub or have any issues, so we went threw a few different options and I had picked the one that the lady told me would fit, I had arrived there at noon, well after 8 hours 3 sets of diffrent tires and rims they still couldn't find the right tire and rim for my truck and in the process they stripped out the rims lug nut pattern wholes and stripped out my studs trying to force them onto my wheel hub, at witch time the owner told me that this was no longer his issue and told me I had to leave or he was calling the cops, I will be filing a small claims case when the courts open back up this is the lowest of the low when it comes to tire people, not to mention the guys doing the tires are all strung out on drugs I seen multiple drug transactions happen while I was present if I could give this place a 0/5 I would read more

First of all, if I could give this place negative stars I would. This place doesn't deserve any stars because its completely illegal. My boyfriend bought tires for his truck and specifically asked the woman at the front desk about the safety rating of the tire. He drives a 2500 HD truck and the minimum psi rating is 80 psi for a towing truck. They completely ripped us off and put unsafe tires on the truck and are now refusing to give us our money back. Not only that but they used a grinder to grind off the psi rating on the tire to cover up the fact that they put the wrong rated tire on the truck. I'm livid. Whatever you do, do not contact this tire shop and do not give them your money. They barely speak English and have terrible customer service. read more

Ok sooooo I came to this place lol after all the bad reviews and I understand what there talking about but I didn't get ripped off or had a bad experience only reason is because I have experience in tire shops but saying that I bought rims and tire ....rims where great but tire lol ...shit looked like they been installed and curved checked and one of them had a hole on the side but I told dude ay take that shit back and give me some new one ...so they did no problem !so I didn't want to get them installed here because of the reviews so I jst took them to my tire guy took him 20 minutes then I was set Pros *You gonna get approved in 10 minutes (I have Ight credit not to good tho) *You gonna get new wheels that hour *Semi good price (cheap ass wingstop tires tho) Cons *If you look like easy bait they gonna fuck youuuu over lol so bring lube *I guess if you don't know Spanish it's gonna be hard to communicate (not me tho jst based off the reviews) *took them 40 minutes to find my rims ig I mean idc but some people impatient But anyways if you slow or don't know what you doing dont go here if you do shit by all means Shit I got me some 22s read more

Bad service from older lady there. Called ahead to get a quote. Once there they tell you no longer have the brand of the quote. They sell you something of lower quality for higher price. You get your car and the tire sensor comes on on your car. You check the pressure and all tires have different pressure. Very disappoint of this place. read more

Utter garbage. I confirmed by messaging that the wheels and tires were in stock - when I arrived - neither the wheels nor tires I wanted were there. I selected different ones - then was told the alignment shop was closing. (They told me originally they do the alignment there) after some discussion - I was told the alignment shop was waiting for me. Once finished - I proceeded to the alignment shop - which is an address that is nearly impossible to find. its within 3 miles. I noted the vehicle rode very rough - I toggled the tire pressure monitoring - One tire at 72 psi, one tire 68psi, one tire 62 psi - one tire 35 psi. Max sidewall pressure of the tires was 50 psi. I pulled into another tire place - and had the pressures corrected. I also had them check the lugs - 10 of 24 were loose - and none were properly torqued. They were quick to text to see if I had bought the wheels and tires yet - I responded with my findings - and was told to "call the manager" I asked for her to call me, as most people who work there speak Spanish - and I speak very little. I was told she would call. She didn't. I texted back - 4 times - asking to have a call. Crickets. I tried calling - either I am left on hold - the "manager" isnt there, or they don't speak English and hang up. Their shoddy workmanship posed a danger to myself - my property, and the public at large, not to mention utterly crap customer service. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. read more

Our experience here has been a complete nightmare, I purchased wheels and tires for my vehicle on Monday. Same day I let them know there was an issue, the vehicle was shaking terribly. Tuesday I took the vehicle to three other shops to determine what the issue was, they installed wheels that do not fit properly. We called and spoke to the manager, then supposedly her boss, after hours of going back and forth with them he finally said bring it back the next day and they would do an exchange if the wheels were not damaged, which they weren't. We drove back from out of town, they took the wheels off and took them to the back, and of course they're saying there are scratches on one wheel. I offered to pay to replace that one if they can still exchange for wheels with the correct offset, she said they cannot split the set and we would have to pay for four new ones. After two hours of trying to find a solution, they refused to do anything, they put the wrong fitted wheels back on, and now suddenly there are two that are scratched (they wont admit to scratching them even though they were initially saying only one had scratches) Now when trying to find the correct spacers to make these work, we find out that they used two pairs of wheels with different offsets...offsets on the passenger side are different than the offsets on the drivers side. Complete scam, they made the mistake of not fitting the wheels correctly and refused to remedy the situation. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere reputable, this place is a joke. read more

Very unprofessional! I waited an hour for two tires to be mounted. On of the employees came and said it was taking time because the new tires were thin and delicate so they needed to do it carefully. 20 minutes later they rolled tires out and tried to quickly put them in my trunk. Took a look at the rims and noticed 3 dents on one part of the rim and 4 dents on another. Nobody wanted to take responsibility even after one of the employees said those dents were from the machine they used. The manager said she was going to review video footage and give me a call. As I was leaving she said if I didn't buy the rims from them they weren't responsible for the damage. read more

First off, FUCK THIS MONKEY ASS PLACE! Don't go here. Hope y'all read this. Wish I coulda used 0 stars. First I got here they started speaking Spanish, my Spanish ain't that good so I said anyone speak English? They looked at me like we are in Mexico! Wtf?! I'm Mexican American. I know somewhat Spanish but not fluent. Anyway long story short. I got 26" wheels and tires from here. They took forever to put the last one on. I was wondering why they took forever. A day later my center cap came off. Lost it somewhere down highway. Called them to tell them what happened. Said it wasn't their problem. Talked to the owner. Then I came to think of it. That's why they took forever to put last wheel on. They were tryna glue the cap on after breaking it. I had to order a new cap on Amazon due to their negligence. SMH. Spent more money. On top of the $2600 I spent on wheels and tires. And these tires are the cheapest brand. Never heard of em. So fuck this Monkey ass place! Fuck everyone in that bitch too! Bout to call 3 on your side on them! Lol. Serious tho read more

I'm going to keep putting the bad reviews that they don't want to show you. Also make sure whoever is answering the phone gives people the right information because of one of your employees fuck up I lost $105 and you think that's right and you expect for me not to be mad. read more
