I will never do business here again!! They lied to me & told me my problems were minor & made me believe that it wouldn't be much money to spend on. Well after weeks of having my car in there shop & multiple phone calls they told me my car was ready ($1200)later.. i drove my car for no more then 3 mins my car was back to overheating ! Which is what I took it there for !! They lied To me & told me it would be another $800 to fix & would not go dwn on the price even tho I already spend money in there shop. This review is premature, however still holds weight in my opinion. I am currently in the market to find a mechanic who works on older cars. The owner of monkey mug has a classic Camaro. He recently started it up, first go after 2 years in his garage. He mentioned he did all of the engine work and parked it. To me, this sounds like someone who knows what they are doing. Then I looked at his website and noticed his garage and tools, again, another key indicator that he is passionate about what he does. He was respectful and I gave me suggestions and tips for a couple of problems I am having on my 64 1/2 mustang. I will keep this mechanic in mind for future reference. I would recommend this shop to EVERYONE!!! They were very friendly, polite, respectable, professional, and the list could go on!! We were on vacation from Indiana during Christmas and my car broke down. These guys were reasonable, empathetic and got my car up and running in a day!!
