The market portion is sizable and has a lot of lesser known brands as well as western New York staples. In addition, they have a butcher counter and a deli counter. Food We walked over to the deli counter and ordered a few sandwiches. I went with the classic Italian on wheat, which was loaded meat and delicious. My wife ordered a turkey wrap and claimed it was one of the best she ever had. We picked up some homemade cookies and a few bags of chips at the counter to complete the meal. The sandwiches were only $9.00 for 6" which seemed reasonable. 5/5 Service All ordering was made at the counter, but staff were friendly and made it an easy experience. The staff at the checkout register were kind and offered additional suggestions that we might like as well. 5/5 Ambiance Tuscany was remarkably organized and very clean. The business was pretty busy that day, but they did a good job keeping everyone moving. 5/5 Tuscany Market & Deli was a hidden gem of the visit. They clearly had regulars that were in and out, which is the sign of a good business. I would recommend checking it out if you haven't already had the pleasure.

Solid five star and here is why …read more.. It's a little place out in the middle of nowhere and it's family owned - that's how I shall start! Now I am not normally very picky, but I wanted something that wasn't on the menu this day and wondered how good they were - as I had heard some good things about this place. Therefore, I ordered Italian sausage and asked if I could have no bun, but could I have fries - none of this was on the menu! The server asked me what kind of fries and mentioned three different types - I picked the hand cut ones. Then, though I was happy with the sausage and the hand cut fries - she asked me if I would like some peppers and onions to go with that - WOW - perfect! My wife ordered some sort of salad - as she often does - so I think of her as an expert with salads and she commented that the servers choice was indeed very good. MY FOOD - was excellent and they had it to us quickly and never ever made us feel rushed - as there was only 30 minutes to closing when we arrived AND I picked something off menu - AMAZING! There are more reasons for the five star in addition to creating a really great meal for myself and an awesome salad for my wife - there is plenty of free parking at this dinner, the staff are amazingly friendly - the service is quick, the selection is good - though I wanted something different and the price was fantastic. Now - they also have homemade deserts too - so what the heck is holding you back? Take a drive out to the country and have a great breakfast or lunch at this place and let me know your thoughts too!

One of our favorite places in all of Chautauqua County!…read more The play on "group therapy" is an apt name for a place where groups can enjoy a bounty of comfort food together. Now when you read "comfort food," you may be expecting a bunch of unhealthy junk food... And don't get me wrong, they have that... But Group Ther-Happy features plenty of healthy options on their menu too. Some of our favorites on their menu are their pizzas. If we want pizza, but we want to don't want to be TOO unhealthy about it, we order from Group Ther-Happy. Specifically, we often order their cauliflower crust! Now don't you stick your nose up at that... Their cauliflower crust is delicious and you honestly wouldn't even know it's cauliflower if it didn't say so on the menu. The Buffalo Chicken Wing pizza is one of the best (if not THE best) in the entire county--no matter what kind of crust you get it on. Our other favorites come from their appetizer (or "Shareables") menu: Nachos and Pickles w/ a Punch! We've been meaning to try their burgers because they sound great, but we haven't been able to pull ourselves away from our favorites yet. I would post pics, but I ate everything before I thought to write a review. Sorry, folks. ‍
