Can't believe I just stumbled upon this place while driving on 1-90. Absolutely fantastic lunch. Had the Gouda chicken sandwich with Fries. Chicken was cooked to damn near perfection and they have a buttload of fries to fill you up afterwords. Not to mention the service was super friendly and food came out quick during prime lunch hours. The entire menu is a la carte, so bring your wallet. The staff were super friendly, the girls working were great! Lobby was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Lobby was chilled with ac, which was heavenly since it was brutally hot out. We had to park blocks away and walk because it's in a busy area. 10/10 fries: Perfection, but pricy for just a side. 10/10 bacon cheeseburger: Amazing! 9/10 blt dog: great with fresh produce and crispy bacon, but bun was too burnt. 9.5/10 cookie monster cheesecake: Pricy, but yummy. It was too sweet for my friend, but it was perfect for me! 8.5/10 Mac n cheese dog: bun was too burnt, so it had a bitter taste after the Amazing creamy cheesey goodness, which took away from it. 4/10 classic dog: bun and dog were too burnt. The bitter burn was all I tasted :( The dog was still big and juicy though. I threw it away after 2 bites. I'll be back for sure. I love toasted buns, but theirs were too toasted so they burnt and dried out. Next time to avoid throwing food away again, I'll ask for untoasted or extremely light toast. read more

My biggest complaint is that they aren't open for dinner. Come on! Everything we've had from here is fresh, good quality, and scrumdiliumpcious. When you look at the menu it's hard to pass over the fatty, delicious options for a salad. But seriously good salads here. I'm also a sucker for their lobster roll. I'm a Connecticut style girl so I was hesitant about theirs but they keep the mayo very light. The roll is a broche (thank you!). And the lobster comes in good portions. Ps the touch of lemon rind makes this an above average lobster roll. I've also had the hot dogs. I'm not proud to admit it but damn. Those dogs are good and messy and so not what I usually order. Really good except the buns burnt bad. I'm not a native to the area so this was my first dupers and Smith's. I'm really into Smith's dogs now. Burger was good too. I plan on exploring the whole menu in due time. Big dogs and burgers are the best. read more

Passing through NY and stopped at this place on a whim-- so glad we did. We got the Bleu burger (AMAZING) and the Diabolo burger (DELICIOUS). Friendly staff, good atmosphere, and inexpensive. Wish we lived nearby so we could eat here again. read more

This place is just awesome. Been there 3 times, each time I've had the same wonderful things. The New Yorker, which is their version of a Reuben is simply amazing! Piled high with pastrami and corned beef this sandwich literally makes me think I'm eating at a NYC deli! So good, so worth it. The seafood bisque is amazing as well. Usually I'm not a huge fan of bisque but by the suggestion of friends I tried it. Literally the best bisque I've had. Look forward to actually trying other things on the menu. The restaurant is smaller but incredibly nice and clean. The employees were also very nice. read more

Wife had the Garden Delight (bean sprouts, red bell pepper, red onion, spinach, roasted sunflower seeds, carrot, cottage cheese, tangy sauce) on warm naan bread and I had a very nice Lobster Roll (as good as I had in Maine a couple months back at a much better price) and Peanut Soup. It was excellent! We both had diet soup. Bill came to $35.00. My wife said the restroom was very clean. It was just after the lunch rush. Very good restaurant with very reasonable priices. My wife and I were in the area and looking for a great place for lunch. Friends told us to try Dupers and we were not disappointed. The location was very convenient and the selection was great. Had the Seafood Bisque for a starter. The portion was great and the flavor of the soup was out of this world. We followed that ups with salads that were sized appropriately and were very fresh and satisfying. All in all a great place to have a nice quite lunch. We will be back! read more

Really creative, approachable, and flavorful. Fun place with a great menu that makes you want everything. We loved the 'shroomin burger and seafood bisque. It'd be nice if the person at the counter acknowledged you when you walk in, they were busy chatting with co-workers when we were standing around trying to order. But ultimately they were very nice.
