Tired of this place, anytime for pickup or delivery the pizza's have all been wrapped in foil and depending on how long they have sat there or delivery or your trip home the crusts are a soggy mess. 9/23/25 I bought a pleaser plus and extra pizza. Both one topping and a 10 pack of breadsticks. 75.$ and the pizzas were horrible. I'm done wasting my money, on a poor product or poor customer service. I would rather drive further get a pizza that isn't soggy, heck Casey's pizza isn't soggy and there's tons of toppings. Overpriced is an understatement. I waited a week before I posted and I'm just as mad now as if it happened today, doubt I will ever return. read more

Ordered a pecan chicken salad received it without a fork and without pecans when I called to let them know, the lady said oh we can offer you five dollars back which is a little less than half. The price I paid for it. She offered me less than a full price because I started eating the salad. How would I know there's no pecans which tend to fall to the bottom until I started eating it. I work at a local hospital that gives a lot of business. I'll do my best to make sure they don't get business in the future, a fork would've been nice one am I supposed to eat it with my face? read more

This was my first time here, during a trip to see the in-law's. It was a pleasant surprise that the pizza was pretty darn good. We got the Family Pleaser and added a pizza. The Family Garden Salad, pitcher of pop, 2 bottles of beers, and 2 pizzas made a great meal for 5 of us. I had the 1/2 cheese, 1/2 veggie on thin crust. Called at 8:25 for a peperoni deep dish and a coke. I was told that they could not make it because they stop delivery one hour a head of closing. How does that even work? I live less then three miles away. Everyone they deliver to lives less then 5 miles away. They use to go to my house almost every week for 2 and a half years. Then we stopped using them because we started getting cold food and messed up orders. SO your telling me you can not roll out dough, stick cheese, pizza sauce and peperoni on and then stick it in an oven in less then 45 minutes? Were the hell is pizza hut when you need them? The best food in Watseka. This is Watseka's celebration food. The special occasion food. The pizza you get for straight As or finishing a little league season. Much of Watseka's cuisine scene is what you'd expect for a small town. Monical's is the one joint that's delicious on any scale. It's thin crust pizza, cut into squares. It's got just the right amount of grease and cheese, and it's got a certain tang even if you haven't added their dressing. Speaking of which, I've never really been into this, but a lot of people dip the pizza into salad dressing, typically either ranch or their signature. It's the kind of pizza where you can just keep eating square after square, since each one is a 2-3 bite affair. Before you know it, it's gone, and so is your plan for the rest of the evening. You should come here. You should drive to Watseka and order one with sausage or bacon. Or whatever floats your boat. read more

This place, as a chain with a seemingly poor business model, is a steaming hot mess. If you eat in, fine...they'll just work harder at screwing up. Their delivery model is pathetic. First, your 'product' is a chef boy ardee style pizza on a cracker thin crust. This should NEVER take an hour and a half to move it from oven, to package, to delivered. The damn town is TWO MILES WIDE AT THE MOST. This is not a problem central to this location. It's a monical's corporation problem. Domino's has figured out the delivery issue...why is this a problem for you? With the over-priced, cracker pizza as it is....you should be faster. Just because a small town has limited options, it doesn't mean you don't have to perform. You've turned yet another local into a FORMER customer. If this slop is 'good food' to you...I suggest you get out more. read more
