I personally witnessed managers swearing at customers, speaking negatively about customers behind their backs, and becoming frustrated with employees who were trying their best. In my experience, management's actions made it seem like they did not value either customers or employees. Based on what I personally observed, I was concerned about how management handled a reported food safety incident. That experience made me lose confidence in how customer concerns and workplace issues were addressed. Overall, based on my experiences as both an employee and a customer, I would not recommend this location because I do not believe management addressed the problems effectively.
