The strawberry shake tasted like artificial flavor, and the banana split was served in a cup which was a first for me. I also frequently saw other customers waiting for someone to come to the register. Orders were often incorrect, so I recommend checking your bag before leaving to make sure everything is there. I also had negative experiences with management and felt employees were often treated poorly. I frequently witnessed managers yelling at employees, criticizing them in front of others, and expecting one person to complete what I felt was an unrealistic amount of work. The work environment was stressful and, in my opinion, made the restaurant an unpleasant place to work. I personally witnessed managers swearing at customers, speaking negatively about customers behind their backs, and becoming frustrated with employees who were trying their best. In my experience, management's actions made it seem like they did not value either customers or employees. Based on what I personally observed, I was concerned about how management handled a reported food safety incident. That experience made me lose confidence in how customer concerns and workplace issues were addressed. Overall, based on my experiences as both an employee and a customer, I would not recommend this location because I do not believe management addressed the problems effectively. I suggest taking a look at Google reviews on this place and looking at others pictures of their foods so you get the idea of how badly they mess up on food and treat others.
