Food was quick and pizza was decent. Service was terrible. Waitress was randomly disrespectful to multiple customers. Manager did nothing to help. Examples: Gave the middle finger to customer. Asked customer if he thought he should get his haircut. Purposefully knocked over customers drink. Called a kid a liar repeatedly for saying his "Ya Bud Club" hat was honoring a dead person. Claimed to put coupons on order as compensation, while no compensation was made to the kids. Manager was kind, but did not acknowledge the situation. Finally tried Monical's after moving here over a year ago. Really cool place with interesting decor. Nice, friendly and quick service. I love their garlic bread because you an really taste the garlic and I love garlic. They have different kinds of pizzas and other items if you're not interested in pizza. We tried The Point pizza and I love the crust - its crunchy on the bottom but chewy in the middle. Their wings are not bad but could be a bit more crunchy because sometimes it tasted like i was just chewing fat/skin. read more

A must for every home town visit is Monical's Pizza.. I always visit with old co workers and we catch up over personal pan pizza favorites. While the decor has changed a bit on the outside the inside looks just as I remember! Monical's is set up for you pay at the register via looking at their 4-5 page menu. I always get the personal size pizza and create "personal pleaser" which includes side salad & drink for around $8-9.00 bucks. It's great value! Today I tried Chicken BBQ Pizza, which had huge chucks of chicken, cheese and BBQ sauce. Yum! My friend had pepperoni with mushrooms also looked very good. Ordered a family pleaser online for pickup, I've never been more satisfied in my entire life. I was greeted by someone who was making the pizzas and then the rest of the crew helped me finalize my transaction. When i bet into my delicious mighty meat pizza I could've sworn I saw Dale Earnhardt. Would definitely recommend bringing your step nephews here if you're looking for a good bite to eat. read more

We always order the large delight pizza which is awesome. Service is always good, but today their curb service was questionable. With COVID 19 we were asked to sign a receipt with a pen that we have no clue where it had been. Would be been nice to wave that given the times. Plus would be nice if you offered the delight on sale from time to time. They more expensive as well. read more

I love Monical's, especially for lunch. They're fast, not too expensive, and the food is good. It's a good place to bring groups because you can talk without it being too loud. Monical's isn't somewhere I'd suggest if you're looking for something unique, but it's better than the nationwide pizza chains. read more

This location is my favorite as it is less populated than the other two and the pizza is consistent. I have been eating Monical's pizza for years and have never been disappointed. They have a variety of options from their classic thin crust pizza, the point pizza (slightly thicker crust with a sweeter sauce and variety of cheeses), subs, pasta dishes, salads and appetizers such as bread sticks and pepperollies (pepperoni and cheese wrapped in dough). Don't forget to top it all off with their signature tart french dressing. I recommend the point pizza. It seems to be the best value for the price. In general, it seems their pizza is a little pricier than some of the competition, but they have coupons all the time (new ones released each month) offering deals on various sizes of 1 topping pizzas and their family pleasers. Their menu items outside of the pizza seem to be reasonably priced. Sign up for their Dippin' Club and you get additional emails from time to time with deals. If you're on a tight budget, grab a coupon and dine in every once in a while. If the cash is flowing, then Monical's should be in the discussion every time you think about getting pizza. read more

I placed a phone order and picked up a family pleaser on my way home from work. When asked what kind of pizza I wanted I told the person that I wanted "a Supreme or a Deluxe, something with a lot of toppings". I was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes and my total would be $36 and change. I don't order Monicals often at all and at that point I knew why--$36!!! When I got home I discovered that the pizza was smothered & covered in Italian hot peppers. So much that taking them off did no good. The hotness of the peppers had penetrated the entire pizza. No one could eat it. In essence I paid $36 for some lettuce and a 2 liter of soda. I realize I should have asked if they would be smothering my pizza in peppers so hot it would be inedible, but honestly, I didn't think of it at the time. read more

I came here at dinner time with my husband and my 1 1/2 year old son. It took at least 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us and take our drink orders. We had 3 different servers look at us and ignore us. In any other situation we would have left (hungry pregnant lady and a hungry toddler...), but my son had a coupon from the Library for a free 8inch pizza because he completed his reading log. Only been here once, ordered carry-out by phone and had to wait 15 minutes when I arrived as they had burnt my Za the first time around. I was the only one there... it was uncomfortable. Food was ok, typical of what I would expect from Monicals. The servers did a great job and were very courteous. Unfortunately the Friday night manager was a jerk from the minute we walked in until we finally decided to leave because we had enough of his boasting and "rules" antics. Still can't believe some of the remarks he made, obviously has some self esteem issues.
